Prices are great and not huge crowds. You get what u pay for. If you don't care about paying for the ambiance then go here.

Economical prices on later run movies. Place is a bit rundown. Takes orders by Fandango but you have to check in there to get tickets. Doesn't offer reserved seats. Way too loud during previews - very unpleasant. Thankfully, better during main show. Staff is sparse but was friendly. Plenty of easy parking.

This was the first time I went to this movie theater. I went on a Tuesday afternoon with my wife and took advantage of their $5 tickets. When we got there it looked a like a ghost town. Only 3 cars and 2 employees. It looked old from the outside and I was even thinking it might be closed! Went inside and there were 2 employees. The inside looks old too. The staff was friendly. However, when we went inside the actual movie theater the smell was pretty intense. I could smell some of it only because my nose can't smell very good due to some issues. My wife on the other hand had to have her shirt over her nose throughout the whole movie because she couldn't stand it. Needless to say we won't be back. I don't care about the old look. I don't care if staff is not super friendly. But I do care if the place stinks. I normally go to Park West down the street but they weren't playing the movie I wanted to see. I would say it's not worth trying it out but if you have no other choice then you can try at least once.

Well I like to go at 4 pm shows on weekdays and on Tuesdays and sometimes around 5pm on weekdays since they have bargain prices. I just love that part besides it being very convenient to Morrisville. The theater itself has a vintage look. Happy that AMC too over and now u can use my stubs membership. Overall easy parking and easy get in and get out.

Interesting experience. This theatre is like a ghost town. Nobody here on a Friday evening. Only 3 of us in the theatre. Concession area is void of people. About 10 cars in the parking lot. Projector went dark 10 minutes into the movie. They had to restart the movie.

Far better than Park west. Staff is better, prices are better, and the employees are fall less uptight. Never had a problem.

Smells in bathroom, sound system failed during two movies that I went to. If the movie is not playing at the Stone Theater it is worth the drive to Beaver Creek Commons in Apex, Cross Roads in Cary or the movie theater in Brier Creek. This theater needs to be completely renovated but AMC is to cheap to do so, this use to be Carmike Cinemas and they were to cheap to renovate also. I will never return until updated properly. No stars is the appropriate rating one is to good for this nasty place. I will drive to watch Annabelle Creation some where else.

Horrible experience. Air Conditioning in theater was not functioning. Complained twice with no improvement. Management said the "system was old". It was working in the halls and lobby, but not in the 85 degree theater where I had paid $20 to be miserable . They know there are AC issues and yet they sell tickets. With the sweat dripping off me I went to the restroom to wipe it off. NO PAPER TOWELS. After the movie there was not an employee in sight

Nice mall to hangout. You will find most of the brands here.

No AC in the theater, long wait for tickets and snacks even though almost no one was there, popcorn is stale and too salty. Notable that all the movies being played are lame Perhaps they can't afford decent titles? The staff were nice, at least.

I saw the movie The Case for Christ yesterday in this theater and the person who checked me out was very friendly and professional. He really enjoys what he does and said have a nice night when I left. I removed 1 star because parking can get hectic in busy times and prices are high on weekends. They offer student discount outside matinee hours. It seems not as many people go to the theater these days to watch a movie and use Netflix or Amazon Prime from their Smart TV. In closing nice place to catch a movie on your own or with a friend. Can make some improvements but I am mostly satisfied with this theater. Will be coming back.

Perfect environment and temperature despite ugly weather outside. Since moving over here and formerly living in Texas, Georgia and Virginia my family and I never encountered a theater such as Carmike 16. This cinema location showcases new Bollywood releases and it's such a beloved part of this great community. The patrons and workers are lovely alike and all practice great sense of community.

The ideal movie theatre to help balance out the expensive prices should be

    1. Clean
    2. Comfortable
    3. Staff should be super friendly

    Park Place Report Card
    1. Clean - A+ def. clean floors, etc.
    2. Comfortable - A+ I was able to kick my feet up and enjoy the movie so all good there
    3. Staff D- complete fail here the ticket counter attendant was like whatever the snack counter folks were simply order takers (but I guess that's what they are though) and the other two "managers" that I saw walking around didn't even speak, or tell me to enjoy my movie or anything honestly, it felts as if the guys and gals here were mad because there were not working at the bigger, nicer, theatre across the street

Hmmm, not a good showing no pun intended! ;-)
