Room has been great, pretty large with a super comfortable bed! We've had to keep the windows open the whole time because it's been so hot in the room. There's a full kitchen but the cookware and such could use some updating. Couldn't ask for a better location! Right on the cutest street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The sushi place across the street is the best I've ever had. A few things could be updated but over all, I'd definitely stay again. But bring very light PJs or you'll burn up!

Parking is horrible, well, there isnt any. The hotel is on main street, a steep hill. Street is marking metered. Hotel rooms are large, there are 5 floors with elevator acess to each floor, each floor is u shaped around elevator. Front office staff is nice, but never saw any other staff. Units had very loud air circulation fans, which we turned off (dint know what the purpose) we went there frim CA for the solar eclipse 2017.

We stay here every year as a family reunion. We love it! We are always get grated by the staff and they know exactly who we are. Great time share

I have stayed here for years, with family since I was very young. And even then this place was awful.
They "forget" laundry day, hardly care for their units the lock on the bathroom door has not worked for years, they have neglected to even care about their clients, there is absolutely no where to park! I had to park nearly a mile away !!! And they refuse to help you with "free" parking!! You have to pay a fee for everything!! Usually they would include a parking fee in the price, but no they leave you out in the water!
I have very good memories in this hotel, but it truly has been a hassle to even park there. Let alone get any customer service.response / report this review
