Staff was super accommodating and room was beautiful. Pool was heated and we'll equipped even if towels were hard to find. Would stay again.

Hotel and room was nice and clean. However we were put in a room with doors connecting 2 rooms, not uncommon. But there was a family in the adjacent room that was VERY loud and kept opening and closing the door on their side. Not ideal when you are trying to have a romantic weekend with your partner.

We had a fabulous stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City for our anniversary. Everyone was so helpful and kind! My only complaints are with technology not people. Our TV kept turning off in the middle of a movie, and needed to reset before playing again. There was also a bad outlet in the bathroom. But the service was wonderful! The whirlpool tub in our specific room was very small, but the shower was great. There was a fridge, coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer, but no microwave. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt clean and new. All the food we had at the restaurant and with room service was delicious!

The hotel is excellent. The service is excellent and the reception area is outstanding. The employees are an asset to the hotel. Very friendly knowledgable and helpful.

The signage to the Waldorf Astoria is wanting as it is EXTREMELY POOR! as in non existent. Drove the blood pressure out of sight!!!

We couldn’t be more happy/impressed with our experience at Waldorf Astoria. The room was immaculate and the views and accommodations amazing, but what really impressed us was the staff. Everyone without exception has been endlessly accommodating and kind. We were particularly impressed with Shelby. She welcomed us when we arrived and was extremely helpful answering our questions and making suggestions for places to eat. She really made us feel special and has made this experience and memory really stand out. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t recommend the Waldorf Astoria at Park City enough.

My wife and I commemorate our wedding anniversary in Park City every year. Waldorf Astoria Park City has proven to be offer the nicest appointed rooms of any that we've stayed at. The jacuzzi tub and dual shower heads were especially heavenly. “Powder,” the hotel restaurant, offers impeccable, memorable meals. Our server, Manuel, went above and beyond in terms of service and friendliness. We will definitely be back!

The Waldord Astoria sets the standard for luxury accommodations with first rate service. Employees anticipate needs and spring into action without being asked. The atmosphere is pleasant: it's high-end without feeling pretentious. There are countless little touches that make this the best hotel experience I've ever had. And the Park City location features amazing views by day and by night.

The Waldorf Astoria is, of course, fantastic. We spent one night in a king room and absolutely loved it. The bed was comfy, the room well-appointed, the tub luxurious. We got massages from Christa (who is AMAZING) and spent the day in the spa. The poolside restaurant was a great surprise, and the main restaurant (Powder) had delicious brunch. I had a very unique (but great) hash, and my fiance had a yogurt bowl, and we both loved them. If you're looking for luxury near The Canyons Village, Waldorf Astoria is where you want to be.

service was terrible, but thats because they were understaffed at the pool. Pool is way too small. I felt like I was at Spring Break Club party. Kept bumping into people. The poor waiter forgot part of our order and was just swamped. Overall not impressed with this supposedly impressive hotel.

Had lunch at Powder. Service was wonderful. Truffle fries, cubano, and spicy chicken sandwich were very yummy. My only feedback is that I wish the menu noted that the chicken was breaded. All in all a lovely experience on a beautiful property.
