I had such a wonderful time at Paris House Of Bridal! They did such a great job taking care of my family and I throughout my entire process! Caroline was amazing and actually picked out the dress I said yes too.They were helpful in every way! The shop is absolutely gorgeous, and the amount of inventory almost makes it impossible to not find the dress of your dreams! Wish I would have known about this shop when I was in high school because their selection on prom dresses as well is great. Beautiful store, even better experience! Highly recommend 😊

First time I've ever shopped for a wedding dress at this location and loved it. The only thing they could fix was when my girls and I entered the building it took 10min for someone to come and assist us. The rooms, dresses, and help was outstanding.

The lady that helped our group was wearing a button up shirt that was too small and pulling open showing herself. The selection of dresses seemed like a collage throughout the decades when it came to the other dresses Lots of laughs.

Even though I did not end up getting my wedding gown here, I have to say that the store itself is beautiful, there is a huge selection, and our consultant was amazing!!! ALL my girls loved her and she made me feel so comfortable and helped me to really envision what each dress would look like when altered for me. I definitely recommend checking them out!!

DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED HERE!!! Paid $60 for them to do a half-assed job on my dress. I needed the straps taken in as well as my mid section. The straps were bunched up and bulky looking and the didn't even take the middle in how it was supposed to be done plus they didn't even finish sewing mid section and left it open. My dress was VERY lose on me and had to keep adjusting straps to not fall off my shoulders. When I told seamstress she didn't take these things in she insisted she did. My advice is if you get your dress from here, get it altered somewhere else for a better price and quality.

I bought my wedding dress here! It was absolutely stunning and I fell in love with it. The staff was very friendly and incredibly intelligent! They gave me great tips on how to adjust my dress when walking and they showed my bridal party how to perfectly adjust the veil and dress for pictures. They made sure it was altered to fit me perfectly and then cleaned it up before and after the wedding. The dress is the center of such a big day and their selection on dresses is the best in the area. Highly recommend them!

I had to drive 45 minutes to get here for my daughter's dress. She had sports obligations and could not come to her fitting. The dress was totally paid for including alterations and I was told the seamstress was the only one to release the dress. Absolutely ridiculous when it takes any kind of intelligent person to know my time is as valuable as there's. She is not with me so they could have just handed it to me from the back room! Go somewhere else for alterations!! Front desk rude and not willing to help my situation. Everybody is helpful when you want to purchase a dress it's the after the purchase that they make difficult for people who work and have to travel a distance to pick up your dress!

This place is THE WORST EVER!!!!
They blame all your issues and there screw ups on the manufacturers!!! Convinced bridesmaids to order a size up. They want the extra $$ out of you to alter them. There's two girls in the entire place that a genuine and care. The snobby girl that works the front counter is full of herself. Do not deal with her!!! After spending thousands of dollars and many return trips through out the bride and bridesmaids dress purchas and process they have no clue who you are!!! This place is the BIGGEST REGRET of the entire wedding planning process!!!

The staff was somewhat helpful in store, but the dress buying experience was unbelievable, so terrible. They order the wrong sizes just to charge you again to have it altered there (for about the cost of the dress).

If it were possible to give this no stars, I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone. David's Bridal might have generic looking styles but at least they make an attempt to take care of you. This place was rude to me (a plus size lady) from the beginning, and rude to many of the other women in the bridal party.

They force you to make an appointment just to pick up the dress. I drove from way out of town and I was standing in the store being told this. They are rude, unhelpful, and overpriced.

They do have a wide selection but be careful. Custom orders are just off the rack from another location. You're paying for nothing extra.

Very attentive, friendly, professional staff members have a large area of knowledge pertaining to their products. These ladies don't just sell dresses, they love helping their clients find "The Perfect Dress". Also, they have a very vast selection of dresses for a broad range of occasions. Styles and colors galore! If you need a dress, stop by and get ready to impress!

This place is a flat out JOKE. The first time I went in to find an outfit for my daughter's wedding it really wasn't so bad. I told them what I was looking for they had something very similar so I ordered it.it all goes downhill from there. A month after I ordered it they called to confirm the color. They said "oh it doesn't come in that color, but we can make it for you". I ordered something similar to the original outfit. I was told it would be in not later than November. The first week of December comes and I have heard nothing so I called them. I told the girl who answered what I was looking for. She put me on hold and when she came back to the phone she said "good news, that came in on Oct. 12". It would have been nice to get a call telling me it was in. I made an appointment to go try it on. They obviously made the jacket themselves because the zipper was not even sewn on yet and there was no tag on the inside with the designers name on it or cleaning instruction, no tag, period. So they made the jacket but still charged me designer price. It was still a nice outfit so I went ahead and paid the remaining balance. A few weeks go by and I noticed the the remaining balance was taken out of my account twice. I call and explain this to the manager. I have paperwork from my bank showing the transaction was deducted twice but this is good enough. I have a picture of the check, I have my statement that shows it deducted twice but since their machine didn't print out a receipt at the end of their business day they said they could not refund me. I set a time to meet with the manager to discuss this, I drive and hour to the store, I have all of the paperwork with me. I go in and ask for this manager and believe it or not she has left for the day. She knew I was coming yet she left to avoid me. After spending an hour at the store insisting that the employees get the manager on the phone, talking to her and whoever their accounting company is they finally agreed to reimburse me. I will never enter that store again and I will make it my mission to let everyone I talk to and to slam social media with how terrible the customer service is at this place.
