  We were very happy with Panorama. In general when it comes to renos I believe the saying: “You can have fast, good quality, or cheap. Pick two.” Panorama was good quality and fast and we did find their prices very reasonable. They were mostly done within 2 weeks but a delay for shower glass is unavoidable when the wall/door must be custom made and so the measurements aren’t taken until the shower tiling etc is complete. They completed everything within their promised time frame.
  
  Our 1969 bathroom needed extensive renovations, including stealing some space from the bedroom next door. I think the pictures speak for themselves but 3 closets (2 clothes and one linen) were removed to open up the space.
  
  The workers were very punctual and cleaned up after themselves each day. George was extremely involved and responsive. I really trust his taste and judgement as he is committed to doing great work. I would love to use Panorama again and recommend them without hesitation!

  Panorama Remodeling will be the only contractor we use from now on! George is a master project manager; his crew works hard & has good workmanship.
  
  After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Panorama Remodeling for our first renovation project. George came highly recommended by our friends & he stood out during the quote process as he was extremely communicative and helpful. We had a large unfinished basement that we wanted to finish with a bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, & 2 egress windows. There was some additional work added to our kitchen, pantry & laundry room too.
  
  About 95% of the work was completed in just 4 weeks. The remining work was only delayed due to back ordered cabinets. During the 1-2 week wait, George communicated with us regularly and we never felt forgotten, and he came back as soon as the materials arrived with the full crew in order to wrap up the project. Once he starts your job, it is his main focus until the project is completed.
  
  George is on site every day and is extremely hands on. He clearly loves what he does and treats his clients with a level of respect and kindness that you don’t normally hear about in this line of work. We had fears from hearing people’s renovation experiences and with two little kids and busy jobs we were nervous about delays. George reassured us that he would treat our home and family as his own.
  
  Another worry was quick but shoddy workmanship, I am detailed oriented and since it was our first time working with him, I had my list after each day of work so that I wouldn’t forget to mention it. Turns out that wasn’t even necessary, by the end of the project George not only saw everything I did and had his crew fix it but was pickier than us about how certain things looked & surprised us by completing work even better than we could have imagined.
  
  As an added bonus, everyone was so sweet to our kids and by the end the kids were sad to see them go. They loved giving them high fives and waves each morning. We can’t wait to have them all back for future projects.

  We had a really fabulous experience with Panorama Remodeling. With George managing the project with daily visits and quick responses, his team was always on time, careful of our house and yard, and attentive to detail.
  
  They completely gutted our two 1940 bathrooms and remodeled them, expanding a shower and replacing all plumbing, including permits and inspections from the City of Alexandria. The crew was so fast and hard working and George had all his ducks in a row so there were zero delays.
  
  Pricing was lower than a competing bid who said it would take 6-8 weeks with a double team working (Panorama finished in 2 weeks!).
  
  We absolutely love our new bathrooms and plan to use Panorama Remodeling for our upcoming kitchen addition.

  We would 100% recommend Panorama for any home renovation needs.
  
  We have now used George for two projects: Painting and Fireplace update and the remodel of our Primary Bathroom. We are delighted with the results.
  
  George was wonderful to work with, very responsive, keeping us fully informed and updated through the entire process. Everyone on his team was professional and did beautiful work.
  
  We are so happy we found George and will be using him in the future for all our home updates.

  George and the guys at Panorama Remodeling are amazing. They are so easy to work with and their work quality is impeccable. We have had them work on our house twice now. The first time we hired them to remodel our master bathroom. Their bid came in way below the other contractors we called to bid on the job and they were willing to do the job exactly how we wanted it done. The other guys kept trying to talk us into a low quality product and then charge us more money for it. George listened to what we wanted and then made it happen. The second time we hired Panorama Remodeling was to remodel our basement. We had some severe flooding and needed the basement completely gutted and redone. Again they did great work, it went from a dark dungeon to a light and bright living space we all love to hang out in. I love working with George and his team because in addition to how wonderful the final work looks I also know that they are just as meticulous with the work they do behind the walls and George makes sure to communicate everything that is going on every step of the way. If he says that his team will be starting work at 8am you know that they will be knocking on the door to start work at 8am sharp. We will definitely be hiring them again for any future work we may have.
