Mike and team are still the best ! We did the remaining windows and they go all out to keep the customer happy. Everything is cleaned up spotless after the job is done and all installation details are discussed transparently. If you have to trust a business; I would recommend R&M for your needs.

R&M replaced the solarium windows in our house. We've been looking the last few years for a suitable replacement but most did not have a one piece design until we talked with R&M. We were thrilled to hear that PlyGem offered a one piece design that would eliminate the water leaks. Other window companies suggested we close off the solarium part of window while or use a two piece design which is the original design that led to water leaks. The R&M team took care of removing the old window, dry rot cleanup and repair, replace insulation, install new window and window sill, re-stucco and painted exterior wall, re-textured and painted the interior wall. The team was very professional making sure to keep dust and debris to a minimum while working inside the house. They hauled away the old window and demo debris. They cleaned up the outside before leaving each day. I really enjoyed working with the R&M team and would not hesitate to recommend them as well have them come back to replace the other windows in our house.

R&M replaced three interior doors for me that last summer. They did a great job. Very fair price. Very punctual. There was a minor error made which they were very quick to correct. I definitely plan to use them again. Really good people.

Had a great experience with R&M! If you're looking for high quality work at very reasonable prices with the added bonus of dealing with amazing people, this is the place for you. Called Mike to get an estimate on replacing our main door and security door going to our backyard and he gave me a rough estimate that very same day. This was extremely helpful bc I was able to get a few more quotes from local businesses in the area so I could do a price comparison, and R&M turned out to be the most affordable. Mike immediately put me in touch with Andrea who handled all the paperwork, ordering, scheduling, and deposit for the project. R&M gets extremely busy, but given this was a one day job, I was able to get an appointment within a month, which is great turnaround time, especially in the bay area. Once our doors arrived, Andrea contacted me to finalize the date of installation and on the day of, Jorge came to work on the project. Jorge was an extremely nice gentleman with great knowledge, a true master of his craft, and just an overall amazing work ethic. He was very meticulous in everything he did, and he even vacuumed our carpet and hauled off all the old material when the job was completed. Overall, Mike, Andrea, and Jorge were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend R&M for any future window and door projects you're looking to get done. You really can't go wrong, not just from a price standpoint, but overall quality as well. Some of the best in the business! Looking forward to working with R&M in the near distant future.

R&M rocks! I had three exterior doors installed by them recently. Their pricing was middle of the road. Mike is a great owner of the business--he explained everything to me patiently and even offered money-saving tips. For example, he told me that I would save money if I bought the locks/deadbolts myself and I did. He uses email, whereas many of his competitors don't. The installation was very smooth, and R&M provides warranty on their installation for as long as I own my home. This is what I call good service. Highly recommended!
