Nathan is a great service tech, very professional and knowledgable. He let us know what was being done every step of the way. Showed up early, fixed the problem and talked with us about setting up a follow up to make sure the job was done. We will defiantly use this company for any future issues.

Christopher M. deserves a promotion. He represented the company so well that I will always refer this company for any of my friends and relatives that need HVAC work done (and I have worked with multiple, only to be disappointed or ill advised as to what needs to be done to fix my problem). His politeness, professionalism, attention to detail and expertise were extremely impressive and it's a shame more companies don't have this level of customer service or caliber of employee such as Chris. 10/5 stars all around.

After having issues with our house cooling properly, I called around to several HVAC companies to get pricing only to be left with vague answers and no real price estimates. It seemed like every business only cared about getting a technician out to collect their service fee before they cared enough to help a potential customer. That’s until I called Eklund Heat & Air. I explained my issue on the phone and asked for basic pricing and what I should expect and I was treated reasonably and respectfully. Their knowledge and friendliness gained a customer for life and their affordable pricing was a nice bonus!

I dealt with their Service Tech Nathan P. and had a great experience. Nathan was very nice and professional and knew exactly what my problem was. I appreciate businesses that not only offer fair pricing but employ such great people. I will recommend Eklund to everyone I know.
