  One of the quickest places to grab a bite to eat while on lunch. I have not been the biggest fan of the menu changes Panera is doing, but overall the staff is nice. A lot of high school students in the evening.

  Panera has great food. No question about that. That's scarcely been a time I was there when they weren't overcrowded due to their popularity.
  
  I'm only giving them 4 stars because I feel, even though their food is great, they're overpriced. Just my humble opinion.
  
  Also, they attract people who, although they may be professional, sit for hours working on their laptops taking up valuable table space. I only mind this when it's not me and there's no tables available.

  Had a great experience! Everything was correct and my daughter mac n cheese was still hot and fresh! Will definitely order again in the future..

  I order here on a regular basis due to them delivering and being so close to my work and home. Order is wrong half the time, and only option is to wait for another to arrive or get a free pick two, which is never what I order. Staff seems somewhat friendly. Mostly order rapid pick instead now since delivery's fee is $3 and I can check the order before leaving.

  I absolutely love this Panera. The staff is very friendly and definitely go above and beyond to get you your food. They have 4 quick order kiosks that are super helpful and easy to use. The food is always cooked properly, and I have never had an issue. I dine-in about 1-2 times per month, and I order a Rapid Pick-Up about 3 times per month. I am a Panera fanatic and this is definitely one of the best.

  Favorite morning stop for coffee and other goodies. Manager Justin, is fantastic..excellent manager, friendly, develops staff, very much people person. All purpose MVP, Rachel, is also fantastic. She is always attentive to meeting customer requests and needs. Always enjoy my regular visits to this Panera location.

  Had breakfast with my wife this morning & it was very enjoyable, great way to star the day! As usual the staff was wonderful & cheerful which is so great ! This is a wonderful restaurant with great people to wait on you! Thank you guys

  I eat regularly 3 to 4 times a month at Panera on Richmond Road, Lexington. Food and coffee is wonderful but I only gave them a 3 star rating because their knives and forks are always dirty or stained .. yes, really, always! Not nice. They also need to do a better job of cleaning tables and seats.

  Tight parking, great outdoor seating. Nice seating on the inside. They bring the food to you. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  The food was great as always and the atmosphere was very nice nobody was in her garage nobody was pushing me to get out of there all in all very enjoyable

  1 star deduction simply because food is higher prices than they should be. But the food, atmosphere, and staff are all outstanding.

  My wife Alicia came in yesterday at 146 PM getting soup for me because I have been sick.Chelsea waited on her. My wife asked for soup and a full sandwich. This employee told her that she couldnt order it. My wife responded we always get it and that she would like it. She asked my wifes name..my wife responded Alicia. The employee only wrote A on her order knowing her full name. So when the order was called out no one responded. That was annoying to her as well as the danish that was thrown in the box upside down for me. We will no longer be visiting your location after 20 years..instead of hiring people with purple eyebrows and an attitude you should focus on hospitality

  My first visit there they messed up my order. The manager sent me a voucher by mail to make up for it, which was nice. The voucher was only valid for two weeks, which is a little ridiculous. When I went to use the voucher, I tried ordering in online to avoid the wait, didn't work. Then I tried calling in my order to avoid the wait and was told that I would have to come in and place my order. They can't take orders over the phone without a payment. Needless to say I was fuming that I had to go in, order and wait. Especially after already having a prior bad experience. Oh and I must mention the obnoxious young guy behind the counter. He was leaning up against the counter with his arms crossed. Making loud trumpet like noises with his mouth. All while his coworkers raced around at the 12 o'clock lunch-rush hour to get everyone served. Talk about extremely annoying, unprofessional, and down right lazy. I think the drive to the Nicholasville Road location is worth it from here on out. I won't be back.
