There are a few things that need to be updated but all in all it was very nice. We ate out but all the kitchen supplies you need are there. Pots, pans, coffee maker..its all there.

My family and I was wanting and needing a get away . So I booked the log cabin with Ken and spoke to the owner Mason which both are so polite , respectful.
Once we got to the cabin we all was so excited walking around looking at how beautiful the cabin and surrounding area was. Once inside the cabin was beautiful and way beyond our expectations. You felt right at home. Its PERFECT!!!!! This definitely will be my get away home away from home.
Thank you Mr.Mason for your great hospitality and for allowing us to enjoy , relax and fall in love with your beautiful log cabin .

July 2013 - To find this Cabin on such a short notice (2 days before) was a blessing! Working with Sam was an absolute breeze. The cabin itself was cozy and right in the middle of all the trails and sites to see while in the park. Sams knowledge of the area and the fact that he took the time to sit down with us and basically map out all the sites was well beyond what I expected. We are already planning our next trip in a few months (maybe sooner) and we will definitely be staying here again!!

Feb 2014 - 2nd Trip, . Same Hospitality as before!!

April 2015 - Just returned home from our 3rd trip to Sam's cabins and like all the previous trips, the hospitality that he shows for his guests is second to none. We have stayed in the larger Cottage Cabin the last 2 years and it came in handy since my sister and her family were able to come down as well and stay with us this most recent trip.

We are planning a shorter trip in the upcoming months and I we will calling Sam again!!

June 2015 -Just returned from our 5th trip to Sam's cabins and this time w/o the kids we stayed in the Telstar Cabin, which is larger than it seems. As always, Sam was gracious and his knowledge of the area is second to none. A unexpected part of this trip was walking into the Cottage Cabin w/Sam just talking and him showing me some of the recent upgrades, not too many owners would even take the time to do that, let alone a holiday weekend. Also, we sneaked a peak that the journal we left a few months ago in the Cottage Cabin and read how much they enjoyed the stay and the area.

My husband and I just stayed here for an overnight get away and the Log Cabin was just what we were looking for. We loved the logs used to build the cabin and the cozy interior. It rained in the evening and it was so nice to sit on the porch swing and listen to it. The location was great, right next to the park and a short distance from the Natural Bridge. We wish we could have stayed longer. Sam was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and had great tips to share. We hope to stay there again soon!

I don't even know where to begin! The experience was simply amazing, and the owner Sam was so nice and helpful, from taking the time to help us build a fire to simply trying to get to know a little bit more about us! I stayed at the Telstar cabin and it was the perfect size for 2 people, it was cozy and so clean. It had all the essentials we needed, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The location is great, it is about 15 min from the natural bridge and red river gorge. The price was a steal for location and comfort. I definitely without a doubt recommend this place if you are looking for cozy and clean cabins at a good price. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

My husband, 14 year old son, our little dog, and I just spent two nights in the log cabin. The cabin was definitely big enough for the four of us. We highly enjoyed the full size refrigerator and stove. We saved a lot of money by cooking our meals there. The cabin was in great condition and the front porch swing was great to swing on during the rain. I can't say enough about how perfect the location is. We couldn't have been any closer to some of the best trails including Chimney Top Rock and Rock Bridge. Sam and his son were great to work with. We will NEVER stay anywhere else when we go back down for years to come. Look nowhere else!
