There certainly were some nice fish caught in this years tournament. All those fish are back in the lake waiting for the next fisherman! Congratulations on this beauty.

Everyone should get out and take advantage of this treasure. 600,000 acres of trails, streams, lakes, and natural arches. There’s an abundance of opportunities to fish, hunt, mountain bike, hike, rock climbing, and just enjoying the outdoors.

"JEMIMA BOONE: LIFE ON THE FRONTIER" Hosted by the Cave Run Symphony Orchestra. Come listen to Jemima Boone tell about her life as a pioneer! Free and open to the public. Donations accepted. 7-9pm
Jemima was the daughter of Daniel and Rebecca Boone and her abduction by the Shawnee actually inspired the story, The Last of the Mohicans, by James Fenimore Cooper!

The property is well maintained, the staff was great.
The room could have been a little crisper but it was nice. The staff made up for any shortcomings.
Breakfast served by the hotel was very nice and tasty. The lady working it was fantastic, the perfect example of someone with great people skills.response / report this review -

Totally renovated room was clean bed was comfy everything was perfect, the price was right also, even has parking for a few tractor trailers, decent breakfast bar, it has a heated outdoor pool but it's seasonal, very nice hotel and I'll stay their again next time I go to Lexington

Amazing. And also pet friendly. Asked for help with cart because of leaving during breakfast hours with the dogs and sent someone up to help so i could take the dogs out without having to go past the food.

We were very happy with our stay. Staff was very pleasant. Our room was very clean and the beds were awesome. Best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The room was beautiful and clean. We were close to the breakfast area and it smelled delicious! It was a delicious hot breakfast with cold components as well, the pool was beautiful outside.

Spectacular breakfast variety included - bisquits, gravy, bacon, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt, milk, etc
The pool was relaxing, with the wooded scenery around it.

The main reason we stayed there was for the pool, supposed to be heated, it was freezing , so that ruined our whole plan for the night , but the room was clean and linens were nice, so overall a nice place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Very clean and welcoming room. Up to date facility, quiet night sleep, and amazing breakfast for the whole family. Was more than we could have expected from a quick overnight stop! Will definitely be stopping there again and again!

A great place to stay. Very clean, the staff was friendly.
We arrived very late and was hungry. Everything close by was closed. It's off the interstate but nothing much at that exit. The nearest restaurants were in Morehead.response / report this review -

Nice, clean, pet friendly motel! Our two dogs and cat got to stay in the room with us. We searched for 2 hours to find a pet friendly motel as we were.exhausted moving from NC to MO.
