What a beautiful arrangement I received! Quite a mix of different flowers. My brother sent them for my birthday prior to his arrival at our house and he commented they looked like what he had ordered online, which was a good thing! It's really one of the nicest bouquets I have ever received. Thank you so much. Delivery driver was very nice too.

Pampered Lady came through and arranged an amazing bouquet. I just stated my price and they did the rest of the job within 15 minutes, even on Valentine’s Day. Will return!

My friend has sent me arrangements from this florist for years as they are near my house and they have always been absolutely gorgeous. Never a delivery problem. Dont know about the price.
I am distressed to read the bad reviews. Must be unfortunate choice of employees who dont care. This 35 year old business needs better.response / report this review -

Very rude, unwelcoming employees. I was going to purchase $200 worth of flowers but with that attitude. I left immediately. So, disgusting. Never ever will I go here. And it’s Valentines Day. I guess, they made enough to not care for us, the ones that haven’t ordered yet. Glad their is local vendors around Altadena, and Pasadena area.
