  Order my first load and received it today 12/21/2022. Pretty disappointed in the burn. It doesn’t light easily and seems to be quite moist still. Not sure it’ll be any good until next year. Order and delivery were seem less, but the product isn’t what I was lead to believe it would be.

  Hands down, best wood we have ever ordered. Ordered and wood was delivered less than 24 hour later. First time I ordered was when I was sick at home in freezing January of 2019. They brought the wood and stacked it for me so I could grab it easily. Delivered with care and less than 24 hours later. Wood burns perfectly every time.

  An absolutely painless process. Ordered online, received an email the next morning telling me that the order will be delivered on day 2. Delivery truck turned up at 9am and wood was stacked perfectly on my stand. Made the first fire tonight and absolutely no issues. Great company, I will definitely order my next order from them again.

  Great kiln dried wood. Last year they seemed to have customer service. This year not so much. No more 24 hour service, no big deal to us but it is what is advertised. No more calling to say it’s coming. No ringing the doorbell or knocking to let us know it has arrived. And asking for a review of services Before we even received the service felt tacky on top of the rest. Hopefully the quality of the product is still high… we will need a colder day to determine.

  I've bought a half cord of wood for the winter from 3 different places the last 3 years, and this is BY FAR the best, not even close. Incredibly dry wood that burns hot and lasts long.
  
  People were great with communication, super friendly and accommodating. They stacked it as well. Just a great customer experience overall 👍
