Great food, great atmosphere and delightfully cheery staff. Only reason I give 4/5 is a technical issue, came w/ a large group we all wanted separate checks but waitress could only split up to 6 times. I've been other places where it does not matter how many separate checks there are. I will be back, but not with a large group.

I ordered Tortilla Soup to go. I wanted to eat up in my room in The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. I saw a shirt hanging in the entry and I asked if I could buy it (I was looking for my trip souvenir). I was told it was damaged and I can asked if I could buy it at a discount. It was also the only shirt they had in that style. The girl at the front fetched the manager but the manager declined to sell it to me at all. I was disappointed. She said that it had a rip in the back. I was perfectly happy with that but she still said no. The soup was very good.

The cashiers are always great and the hostes. The food is great I never had any issues when sitting in a table However the bar at times can be under staff which leads to wait time to order food and drinks. In a restaurant you expect to wait but that's why you go to the bar is to get expedited service. Other than Thant lil staffing I love it best salsa and chips

Started with an amazing bowl of chips and salsa. Order off the happy hour menu while I was here. Ordered the Tostada De Mariscos, Vampiro Chicken Tacos and Grilled Spanish Octopus.

Bartender was really friendly and attentive and the food was really good. Worth the trip over

Awesome food, order the pink taco. I also ordered the guacamole and nachos and they were fresh and delicious. The prices for food and drinks are very reasonable! Loved it, we even came back another day for food because it was so good!

Great time and the catering for larger groups was outstanding. Cynthia the cateroring manager did a wonderful job. The cake made by the Hard Rock bakery was so delicious. Everyone of my guest has a fantastic dinner.
Thank you for making my daughter's 21st birthday dinner amazing.

I went here with a large group before seeing a show in the hotel. We were given a prix fixe menu of tacos, tacos or tacos, given the size of the group. This isn't a restaurant, it's a tourist trap. The tacos tasted gimicky and fake. Shameful for a border state. The drinks lit up, literally. The ambiance, however, was on point. Lots of Mexican knick-knacks mounted to the walls, cool Dia de los Muertos graffiti, beer girls handing out freebies, and music blaring. Eat some place else and come here for drinks and people watching.

Great experience our service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and causal. Had Pink Tacos and Carne asada the steak in the asada was very tender and awesome flavor. Our food was great. Will possibly return if in Vegas again. Recommend this restaurant.

Rudious customer service hands down. I went in at 11:05am and ask if they were open and they told me "no, we open at 11am". I said it's 11:05am and the both bartenders at that time didn't respond. I left and went back in to talk to the general manager Cindy, but she wasn't available, so I spoke to the manager. Explain the situation and he continue to repeat what I explained as if I was crazy. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!!! I will never stay at Hard Rock Again until they are removed.

We ate at pink taco our second night in Vegas it was awesome! Great atmosphere, amazing food and we sat out on the patio in the fresh air. Loved it! Next time we are in town we will definitely go back.
