I didn't realize the difference that good tinting on my van windows could make! I scheduled an appointment, took my older model van in with the factory tinting, waited a short while, and left with what felt like a new van.

It makes such a difference in the temperature inside, and is much more pleasant for our children. We got the standard tinting.

The service there was great. The lobby/waiting area is very small and there's a television on the wall behind the desk area. Might be helpful to take a book to read or something to work on while waiting. FYI, you have to wait a minimum of 3-5 days before rolling your windows down after they're tinted. The pricing is good for the services rendered. I called around first for estimates.

Now: Film turned out to be Poor Quality product. Bad customer service management. Owners not taking responsibility for their products. Would not recommend this place.

Beware of this business and their policies. I had to come back three times to get my tint fixed. Different issues each time. By the third time I came back they wouldn't do anything because I didn't have my carbon copy receipt. You would think having to come back so many times they would just fix their work, but no. They claim to have a lifetime guarantee, but only if you can keep up with a carbon copy receipt and present it to them. Why they don't file things electronically like everyone else in the year 2016 is just a shoddy business practice being used in hopes of not having to take responsibility for their work, which is poor at best.

Take your money elsewhere.

Side note: another gentlemen in front of me was complaining to them that his tint had been peeling off his car and it took him years to find the receipt, but by that time he had already sold the car. They never helped him or stood by the work, so I'm not the only one.

I recently had my new car tinted at Palmetto Pro Tint in Lexington SC. From the beginning, the staff was not polite or helpful at all. The girl working at the front desk acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my business. The installer I talked to seemed to think he had better things to do and repeatedly made remarks like "Well, I guess we can go ahead and get it done today." Once the work was finished, I took the car home and was generally happy with it. After about 3 weeks, the back windshield still had bubbles and crease marks in it. I really did not want to go back to deal with this company again, but the errors were noticeable. Upon my return, a different installer said he didn't really have time to repair it but he would squeeze me in even though he would probably have to stay late, which was ridiculous because I had an appointment. Once the work was done, he told me "Yep, stayed an extra forty minutes but I got it done." While no one wants to stay at work late, I had to leave work early to get my car down to their shop so they could fix the bad tint they installed. The installer made it seem like he was doing me a favor and that it was my fault he had to do extra work. Overall, I had a terrible and frustrating experience and I would not recommend their services to anyone that wants to be treated with respect.
