I've been calling every week to find a job. Everytime I call they just say thanks for calling. The website says they are hiring but not when I call.
Before being placed for an assignment, each time I visited their facility, the women who work there have always been extremely kind, professional, and informative. A couple of times when I have gone in and it has been swamped with job seekers, the staff is still always kind and always quick to inform you that they will be right with you. When I've had multiple questions, they didn't mind answering whatsoever. They even encouraged me to call back if I had a question I may have thought of later. I have been working on an assignment through this agency for the last couple of months. It took me a while to receive an assignment due to me finding time to complete their computer assessment. Once my assessment was complete, it was about a few weeks before I landed an interview. Once receiving an interview date, I was well informed of what to expect. So far I am truly enjoying the assignment I am working and I feel like Aiken Staffing listened when I explained what I was seeking in a job. What I really like and respect is that the staff at Aiken Staffing always seem genuine in their kindness. They never act as if they don't want to be bothered and they seem to treat everyone the same, no matter their background. I feel as if they are doing their utmost to help job seekers which is more than can be said of some of the other local job & government agencies.
Not helpful at all. Went in there looking for some help finding a job and instead I found one in there shopping online for shoes!
They are very helpful and supportive
Great staff that wants to help awaiting results now
When I moved down to Aiken South Carolina. This was the 1st place that I visited but was surprised with the low paying jobs. How can anyone live on these $9 an hour mfg. jobs. Aiken Staffing, we can do better let's start finding work for people with college degrees.
