I highly recommend this hotel! Across the board every employee that I encountered was above reproach. They were the friendliest group of people I believe I have EVER encountered in a hotel anywhere! To top it off the food was excellent and my room was very clean!

Nice Marriott. Comparable to others in downtown cities. There's a small pool and compact exercise area. This does have very convenient parking, the garage is accessible via a walkway from the hotel, and is easy to find. Parking garage had ample spaces and logical layout. My room had a fridge, but my coworkers room did not. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Stayed 4 nights for a work trip with several others from our office and everyone was satisfied with their stay.

The location is fantastic and is right next to the market that goes on on Saturdays. Also a quick walk to the state house. The rooms were nice with all traditional amenities. It is connected to student housing, which was no big deal. Overall, it was a great experience.

Hotel is nice overall. Everything is pretty clean. Bar and food is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the room size and poor ventilation so the room is very humid after the shower is used.

Great receptionist, all so friendly and helpful. They all accommodated every need that I might have had. I will definitely be back and enjoy another wonderful stay here.

Stopped in looking for some help after losing the heel to my shoe after 9PM. The front desk staff found some super glue and shared it with me without hesitation. 5 stars for helpfulness and friendliness. Thanks front desk staff!!

The friendliness of the staff is the draw to this hotel. The concierge staff are exceptional. The hotel rooms need a little modernizing but overall a great quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Centrally located with access to many restaurants nearby.

I am only giving it one star because I have to so that I can write a review. I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this establishment. There was a room transferred to me due to Irma and individuals not coming in to town. The lady that I put into this room, so that she could get to work during Irma, had nothing but rude encounters with the employees there. I am still trying to get the accounting portion of it corrected so that the individual who transferred the room to me can be refunded on his personal credit card. As for me and my co-workers we will go back and continue to use the Hilton.

It was a good hotel but not up to the standards I've come to expect as a regular Marriott patron. Positive- The hotel interior is beautiful and rooms nice. Negative- rooms don't have microwaves or fridges. The parking is awful, being in a public garage that you pay an extra charge to use as a hotel patron, and the standard free breakfast materials you find common in most hotels costs extra extra here. On different days, the evening staff was friendly and helpful but the morning staff was short and dismissive. I would highly recommend trying other hotels in the downtown area.

I did not stay overnight in the hotel, just was there for 3 days back and forth for a professional conference. The restaurant was amazing. Service was amazing as well. The conference rooms were a bit outdated and we could see above the ceiling panels due to cracks, etc. Overall the experience was nice. I will be back to visit as an overnight guest and to eat again at their restaurant.

The best customer service and accommodations in a beautifully appointed setting. The Marriott is located in a fascinating area of modern and classical architecture along Main Street. I would love to return time and time again.

The room was clean and neat. However the amenities were lacking given the quality of the hotel. There was no included contenental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. The building itself is gigantic, and the restraunt and bar looked pretty fancy, though we did not use them. The indoor pool is really nice, and their fitness center is awesome. The location is good for exploring the city, and parking is convenient (though it cost $12.00). Overall a good experience, but nothing to write home about.
