Stop by prior to going up the mountain on the aerial tramway. Folks inside are friendly and helpful. Nice clean restrooms outside of visitor center. EVgo charging for electric cars. Visitor Center building is a great piece of architecture.

This building is iconic.
Definitely worth the visit just for that. A wide range of affordable souvenirs and post cards of your visit to Palm Springs and the BIG PLUS - Knowledgeable volunteers and staff. Lots of printed information. Great photos of by-gone Hollywood stars and their homes.
At the foot of the road to the Aerial Tramway and Mt San Jacinto.

The Palm Springs Arial Tramway is an extraordinary treasure. Maybe more often enjoyed by international tourists than Americans. Truly spectacular views and a "Must See" location for anyone visiting Southern California!

Not alot to see, just t-shirts and other typical tourist things. It does have restrooms in case you have been traveling a long time. Ample parking.

We are wheel chair accessible, And handicap accessibility, Public restrooms,wheel chair parking All ways there are open arms to meet, and greet you seven days a week, With all the information you need to guide you in and around PALM SPRINGS, And the whole Coachella Valley, Also the San Jacinto Mountains, Where you will find the AERIAL TRAM WAY, IF You SHOULD GO THERE WEAR WARM CLOTHES BECAUSE THE TEMPERATURE COULD BE 30 40 DEGREES AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR,All that said , There is one more thing WELCOME TO PALM SPRINGS,😊

Very friendly people in this great place to stop. Everyone inside was happy to help and answer any questions we had.

Cool midcentury building we stopped at as part of our self guided tour. Tiny little building but cute and had restrooms so it was a good drop by.

Super helpful staff who gave great recommendations. You can tell these guys have lived in the area for a long time and are chock full of great advice and helpful info to improve your stay. Although it's not expected and I'm sure their management would frown upon it, give these guys a gratuity. These guys provided the type of service and assistance that I am used to receiving from a concierge at a 5 star hotel and their thoughtful suggestions added to my enjoyment of my stay in Palm Springs.
