We stayed in this resort for a week using passport America. People are more than friendly.

Amazing resort! Most all the residents are super friendly and lively! Love to play water volleyball with all the “regulars”. Definitely an easy place to call home :)

Staff at Caliente Springs were very friendly and accommodating. Large rv's, 40' and over, need to be careful navigating the roads but doable. The resort is well kept. There are a lot of permanent mobile homes, all appear well kept.

The best feature is their hot springs pool, and it's large. We loved it!

    We will definitely return.

Mineral pools. Friendly residents, friendly staff. Gated, secure. Golf. Clean and tidy. Short distance to convenience and liquor store.

We spent 4warm days in Caliente Springs Resort. They have everything! Golf, tennis, mineral pools, hot tubs, water volleyball and more! We were in an RV and it was easy to locate our site and park our rig. Reasonable prices with a first-timers discount. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Close to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree. Would absolutely stay here again!

The natural hot springs pools at varying temperatures are great. The location away from the hub-bub at the edge of the foothills provides peace and quiet as well as great hiking opportunities. Our site facing west and the San Gorgonios and San Jacinto Mountain was spectacular, though the Banning Pass, between those mountains, funnels enough wind through often enough to snag a star from anyplace in the Palm Springs area. Lots of activities and entertainment. We'll be back.

We have been in and out of this wonderful resort for over 13 yrs.
Once again we are heading that way and hope to find our spot.
It has always been better then the 5
    STAR rating we can give.
We parked in our RV and then bought a home- tiny house 13 yrs ago, health turned on us needing to leave and returned north.
We rate this again 5 Star but better
    Can't wait for our return,enjoy
