  Eugene was amazing! He came in, measured, told me about problems no one else had mentioned, remeasured, gave us a price below any other we had, then remeasured again to be sure the problem areas would be addressed! While we had to wait for Milgard to ship/deliver the windows, when they did arrive, the appointment was made, and the crew showed up on time. They were all very professional, thorough, and fast!!! Job took 1 1/2 days, and we are beyond pleased. The windows Eugene suggested are working as he said they would. We face east/west, so get sun all day, which was unbearable with the heat we are getting. As soon as the windows went in, I felt the difference, much less heat coming in, so house is staying cooler. I would recommend Pacific Windows LLC for great work and price!!!

  I'd like to start off saying Eugene and his crews were nothing short of professional throughtout the entire process. I was always kept in the loop on all phases of the project and they were accommodating when I had schedule conflicts. The installation went very smooth and the results were exactly what he described and what I was expecting. If you have window or door projects on your list don't hesitate to use Pacific Windows!

  Excellent communication throughout the whole project and I always knew what to expect.
  
  Eugene asked a ton of questions to understand my end goals and to fully understand any of my concerns prior to starting the work.
  
  The crew worked very hard and had amazing finish work with precisely installing windows in an older home. They identified leaking sources before the install, properly flashed everything and used quality materials. Other contractors and neighbors only had positive comments with their craftsmanship.
  
  At this point, it would be hard to trust anyone else with future window installs.

  We replaced all our windows in our home 20 years ago except for our 4ft x 4ft aluminum garden window in our Kitchen because we just couldn't afford it at the time. Now, 20 years later we decided to remodel our Kitchen and the window had to go and I wanted vinyl to match to rest of the house. I called several window companies, and nobody wanted to come out for just 1 window. I was referred to Eugene. He didn't hesitate. He came out right away and took measurements and gave me a couple of options. The garden window took a while to come in but that was not in his control. He updated me regularly and his communication was exceptional! His crew just finished installing my new white vinyl garden window and I am very happy. They were very professional all day and they cleaned up like they were not even here. I am very excited to move onto the next phase of my remodel. I would definitely recommend Eugene and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thanks Eugene & crew!!
