If I could leave no stars I would. Let me provide a timeline so y'all can understand. 12am - booked these people through the U-Haul app. 10am- someone emailed ME to ASK what time I needed them. (I told them 4pm) -nothing- until I reach out at 4pm, 4:24- I am told that the movers had the wrong address and would be on the way. By 6pm I was requesting a refund and lucky enough that my neighbor across the street was there to help. Horrible communication from these folks and no one answers the phone. If you've got money to waste go ahead and book with them but if you ACTUALLY need help. I'd go with another company for sure.

The guys who helped me (Kenny and Mark) were great. They arrived right on the dot and were quick to pack everything. Moved half-way across the country and passed the NC/TN mountains and I was worried the stuff would move around a bit but all my stuff was intact when we unloaded and I noticed then how well they had filled the spaces to keep stuff from moving.
