Was average work done
I received an offer letter that I interviewed for, well below what I requested. Then upon me negotiating, they never respondedever. When I mean ever, I mean, I had at least two interviews with extremely positive feedbackI received an offer letter, I attempted to negotiateRADIO SILENCE. What employers dont realize is, sure I'm applying for a job and you have the upper hand BUT people are still human beings. We used our time to search for jobs, go on job interviews, perfecting our resume, even sometimes creating and sending sample documentation so that you can know our skills ahead of time. Why would a human being think, "I sent this young lady an offer letter, she gave me plenty of her time, but hey HER TIME ISN'T VALUABLE TO ME SO OH WELL"!! Its extremely RUDE. We are all adults here. I'm taking VALUABLE VACATION TIME THAT I SAVED UP TO COME INTERVIEW WITH YOU ALL AND YOU CANT EVEN SEND A SIMPLE NOTE SAYING THAT YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND? Money is low, the job fell throughANYTHING! I'm sick and tired of yall getting away with this! Getting people's hopes up then crushing them! You all actually did me a favor by leaving because I've spoken to some of your employee's and they are not even happy. Start giving people the common courtesy that you would wantand maybe your current employees will give you more of an effort and you wouldnt have to look for people in the first place
