  Dr. Moore prescribed me cipro to fight potential c diff (still do not know - lab results never came back…).
  
  As soon as I started taking it my symptoms got FAR worse. I called my dad and he has a friend who’s an ER doctor. He put me in contact with this friend. The doc said he was shocked that a doctor would put me on cipro if I possibly have c diff and that would only make it worse.
  
  I also have a friend that almost lost her life to c diff. I told her what the doctor put me on and she shared a similar reaction.
  
  I confronted the urgent care and, at the time, they took zero responsibility and refused to prescribe me anything else. I was talking to the front desk people, not Dr. Moore.
  
  Soon after I posted this review, Dr. Moore reached out to me to let me know that he was gone on vacation when I called about the cipro, And he was extremely apologetic about the whole situation, and has been checking on me frequently, ever since - which is much appreciated.

  10/10 experience with the staff and doctors at Pacific Wellness Center. Had a last minute emergency. They were able to see us quickly, very short wait time, knowledgeable in their assessment and overall great people. Would highly recommend.

  We are from out of town and my 14yo son was bit by a bee on his foot at the beach in San Diego. I talked to the hotel front desk and they recommended Pacific Urgent Care. I called and they were so helpful - gave me an appt right away & assisted with directions & parking. Took my son there, and we were seen promptly by Dr Lantos. He was very kind, patient, helpful & knowledgeable. Wrote us a docs note in case we needed a wheelchair at the airport, and followed up over the next several days. I had some addl questions and he was very prompt in responding. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received! Thank you Dr Lantos & staff!

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pacific Wellness Centerthey are absolutely amazing! I have been there more times than I'd like to admit, and have continued to make the 20 minute drive there even after moving out of Pacific Beach. My mom even made a trip here when she was visiting and fell and ended up needing stitchesshe still talks about how great their care was to this day! The staff is kind, patient, and extremely helpful, and they provide wonderful care as well as any necessary doctor referrals. THANK YOU Pacific Wellness!!!!!!

  Had a great experience coming in to grab a prescription before a flight. The building was clean and neat and Dr. Patty was wonderful.
  
  The pharmacy I went to was having some kind of issues and repeatedly told me my RX must have been sent to the wrong pharmacy. After calling Pacific Urgent Care, the receptionist (forget her name but I think Alexis?) was EXTREMELY sweet and helpful. She called the pharmacy, spoke to the pharmacist and called me back. It turns out the pharmacy had my RX all along and had some computer issue.
  
  I'm so happy this was able to be taken care of so easily, they didn't just leave me to deal with the issue once I was out of their building. This was a lifesaver. Will highly recommend Pacific Urgent Care to anyone. Absolute A+.
