  Superb highly professional and very helpful. I had the opportunity to directly deal with Mr. Elley. He is a perfect gentleman, he explained everything in detail, his fees were very reasonable. I was too confused and later changed my plans and he refunded me the full fee at my request. These days you can’t find professionals with such good morals.

  I needed to do probate from out of state. Rich explained the process and his fee in our initial phone consultation. His price was extremely reasonable. Rich was always there to answer any questions I had and filed all the documents with the court efficiently. He was personable, funny, and made a difficult time in my life easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with a legal situation. Thank you Rich, I am immensely grateful.

  I contacted Rich because of the reviews on google and yelp. I had an issue with a non disclosure from when I purchased my house. When other attorneys brushed me off and said I didn’t have a case, Rich called me back and got right on the job that day. Not only did he get back to me extremely fast, but drafted up documents the very next week. We sent one document and I was granted my settlement within days. I cannot express how much Rich helped me, 10/10 would recommend. Absolute pleasure to work with.

  Richard Elley of Elley Law PLC helped us with a mediation our escrow company required, to settle a dispute about the distribution of earnest money. My wife and I found Richard's fee to be reasonable when compared to other legal firms. We communicated with him several times leading up to the mediation. He helped us understand the process. Then during mediation it was very obvious he knew what he was doing. Always working towards our best interest. We are very pleased we hired Richard for this issue. We highly recommend his services.
