The service was absolutely impeccable! We were in the middle of an event with hundreds of people and called him for a short notice repair. Not only was he responsive, but he understood the urgency of our needs and came to our rescue right away! This company is barnone professional, skilled, and they truly care for their customer!

Other companies tack on so many additional fees and hidden charges—Not Definitive Plumbing and Heating! He was thorough in explaining his price, the work that was required, and he gave us instruction on how to prevent issues in the future.

My husband and I gives this company 5 stars, but would give 10 if we could! Thank you Definitive! We are customers for life!

Definitive Plumbing came to our rescue big time after we had pipes burst and flood our home last week! Keon did an amazing job finding the sources and rerouting the plumbing to get us up and running again. We can’t thank him and the company enough. I’ve already recommended them to friends and will certainly use them for any future plumbing needs!

I found Definitive Plumbing and Heating to be very prompt , and a precise contractor. Tech was on time . His service was outstanding . He answered all of my questions. I was able to get the job done at a reasonable time. The Company is of good quality. I will use the company again and I will refer this business to my friends and neighbors.

We called them in a crunch and they delivered. It's hard to find a more professional service than these guys. They were on-time and really explained what the labor would be. I'd recommend Definitive any day.

I've worked with Definitive Plumbing & Heating for a number of years for plumbing related tasks and have always had a great experience. The jobs that I have had are never large in scale, but I appreciate that the representatives that I have worked with are always on time, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, I've never had an issue with the materials used for each of the jobs, and I've never had to call to address the same issue. To date, Definitive Plumbing & Heating has entirely rebuilt my toilet in my master bath, replaced the faucet in my kitchen with a higher end model, helped seal water lines to ensure no pests could get into the house and replaced the garbage disposal. I couldn't be happier with the results in each case. Would definitely recommend.
