Very nice people and very warm. Older style theatre that lacks the new wide aisles and reclining chairs as well as extravagant surround sound systems. But once the movie has started, you forget about your surroundings and get lost in the film. I've been in this building to see movies since the 1970s. It is kind of neat to see something that hasn't changed after all this time. Brings back a lot of memories. I suppose the fact that nothing has changed balances the newer aspects of movie theaters. I can walk back in time in my life in ways that very very few places afford me. That's a good thing!!

I love this theater because it is a little-known gem in the Valley. I have been here twice now for matinees, & it so quiet & not crowded, at all. Having the choice of floor or balcony seats is awesome! The staff that works there are delightful - very nice & helpful. The theater is also very well maintained and clean. After the movie, there are good choices of where to eat in the area. The 2 places that I recommend to eat at that are within walking distance of the theater are Hamburger Hamlet or In-N-Out Burger, depending on whether you want to sit down and be served, or have fast food. Anyway, I will definitely return to the Pacific Sherman Oaks 5.

Theatre is nice and clean. Changed rating to four stars because theatre 1's screen still hasn't been fixed.

The theatre has tons of old school charm. It looks like the kind of theatre that would be shown in a TV show or movie set in a small town. Even has balcony seating if you're looking for privacy with your date. I would definitely recommend.

Cheap theater in a decent neighborhood. I wish the seats were more comfortable, but I also realize you pay more for that.

A great hidden gem of a movie theater. The arclight gets all the attention, but this theater actually has a balcony! And low prices! And free parking! Check it out!

A sleeper of a movie location. Loved sitting in the balcony with no other patrons on a Monday evening. Will be returning for a reasonably priced, neighborhood theater. Didn't give a 5 stars because the place hadn't been cleared of prior food items.

I love this theatre. I come here all the time. If I want an overcrowded, noisy, and busy theatre, there are a lot of choices. I love this one in my neighborhood and it just feels like home. My whole family and I love coming here because it feels private. Its clean, they are always friendly, and I can easily get in and out and be home in 3 minutes. I love it and I hope everyone in the neighborhood supports it. Like I mentioned before, if you want busy, there are plenty of choices. Its nice to have one thats not the norm. Thank you for serving us in the neighborhood.

it's a second run movie theater with a disinterested staff. if there's a big action movie in the next theater, you can hear it through the walls. but you can't be too fussy. it is what is it. they'd be better off showing indies or foreign films.

What do you want, Radio City Music Hall? It's a good little
theater for the price, good location good parking. Bring your
own snacks if you want. Don't let a bug ruin your day.
    Bada Bing there you go.
