One of the best theaters around town. They have assigned seating which is great and they also have bar in the actual theater.

Made it just isn't time for the movie, but had to wait in line while both cashiers chitchatted with every single customer. Soooo when I finally made it to the front they say I can't go in more than 7mins past the beginning. I WAS STUCK IN LINE WITH CHATTY CASHIERS THE WHOLE TIME!! Seriously, 4 people in front of me 2 cashiers 15 mins of waiting.

Bad bad theatre in every way. We were late 10 min. They wouldn't us go in with my daughter. Bad service mean people. Horrible people.
One time I asked for popcorn refill as my kids drops it off and I left my burse inside the theatre and they refused to give refill until I go out. I had TJ hi in again get the money pay again to get popcorn. And now they say it's too late to disturb people for 10 min late while commmerual going. They speak horribly they have no sense of you have kids that's not the ojsce to be. Suck

Solid cinephile chain with a commitment to audio visual quality and a relaxed vibe with a large bar overlooking the 405. Reserved seating is a plus, but the seats are kind of old and don't recline. The theaters and restrooms could be cleaner, but they never run ads and only 3 trailers before the films so it will start on time. If you know how to navigate the parking garage, you can park much closer to the theaters that other reviewers have complained about, and if you validate your ticket inside, there's two hours free parking.

I love watching movies at this Arclight Cinema. They have plenty of parking, I usually park in the handicap parking or in valet when there aren't any handicap spots available. The membership is so worth having especially if you go to the movies often. I know that more theaters are now offering reserved seating but they don't offer the benefits that Arclight does to their members!

$33.50 For 2 adult tickets. The seats do not recline or rock. Concession lines take a long time. They have everything behind the counter so you have to ask for ketchup and mustard and napkins. Napkins are cheap and really thin. No popcorn bucket or LG drink refills. Garage parking that may have you trekking through the length of the Galleria to get to the theater. No arcade to kill some time. Not worth all the trouble. AMC is your better movie experience.

This is the closest movie theater from my apartment and it offers many choices of films (especially independent & foreign films) not readily available at AMC. I also appreciate that they allow wine & beer inside of the movie theaters (if purchased at the bar and it must be in a plastic container) As an ArcLight member, I pay $20 or so and they gave me 2 free tickets to any movie I want, so it pretty much pays for itself. Also if you book the tickets through their web site, you get discounts and fee waivers on ticket orders. Tip: Make sure to come in a bit early, because once you park your car, it's a bit of a walk to the other side.

Rain cancellation at Sherman Oaks Arclight 4PM Lala Land showing.. Ceiling fell in from water leak and "falling celing panels " in one of the theatres. We could have gone to another movie.. but I'm outta here!

Straight forward. The movies always start on time. No commercials. Just 3 previews and the movie starts. You can select your seats and print your tickets online before you go so it's pretty convenient. Don't be late!
