  Big roomy place. Many representatives help customers. Pacific Sales is a member of Best Buy family so all amenities of Best Buy are available here. I successfully completed my purchase with the help of a knowledgeable representative.

  Excellent customer service and top quality products!
  Linwood Foy is the best! From the very start my husband and I felt so comfortable working with Linwood because he definitely knows his products and was able to explain the pros and cons for everything. He not only helped us pick the right appliances for our home but he even gave us so many good suggestions on how to make our kitchen remodel look perfect despite some of our limitations. He was always on top of our orders and always easy to communicate with on the phone for our follow up questions. We appreciate Linwood’s professionalism, patience, and awesome customer service!!!!

  I have had an ongoing issue with Pacific Sales which is rather unfortunate, I had to go make a special trip to the store because I had been waiting for a call back on Wednesday by Saturday when I did not receive any communication I went in to speak to the manager in regards to my stove. When I got to the store I asked for the manager (I’m not going to say his name) at that time an employee told me the manager wasn’t available and he could not be called because his phone was at the front desk and the assistant manager was unavailable as well. Only to see the manager to appear 5 minutes later on the phone so all of this is fairly odd I am not satisfied with this level of customer service it is very unprofessional.

  I want to acknowledge Ally at the Torrance location, she has been amazing at helping us solve issues. Ally has been responsive, understanding, and dedicated to helping schedule deliveries, find missing parts, and organizing installation. Thanks for all you support Ally!
