Had a low-key evening with a couple of friends here. Service was exceptional and one particular staff, Jordan, went above and beyond. Food was good and atmosphere was mellow.

The atmosphere is nice as is the decor--but service is a hit or miss. And the food is fair--The Pad Thai is very bland--I have had much better--and it is inconsistent--had it twice--one was spicy and next time I ordered the same way and nothing--
My 13 year old enjoys good Asian food--and he does not like Plum--again, we have had better--Not made with love and enjoyment--just processed by the kitchenso makes me think they have trained basic cooks to put out the food--My Thai in Mt. Lebo is much better food--great service there! Food make with love and care--and it tastes that way.
I only have gone to Plum because my parents like the place--but they are 80 and this is there first venture into Asian food--and mom likes non spicy so gets some shrimp--I realize PF Chang is a chain place--but taste better in my opinion. I think Plum is a prime location with great decor--but room for improvement on service and food. Could be Good to great if they work on it--versus just fair.response / report this review -

Not many people know about this restaurant and I am worried they will close. The food and drinks are amazing, staff is wonderful, and the building is beautiful. The only issue is, every time I've gone there, there were only a few other people. Please help and eat here so that one of my favorite restaurants doesn't close.

PLUM Pan Asian Kitchen is delicious. The food is very tasty and flavorful. Ordered delivery and the costumer service was fantastic. I will order from here again.

This is one of our favorite lunch/dinner spots. The food is always delicious. We love the chow fun, the fresh sushi rolls, and my husband tried all the hot and sour soup in the city before declaring this among the best! The employees are nice and helpful-- on our last visit, the waiter made sure we were comfortable with our baby and all hot food was out of her reach. Just be advised: busy or not, service here is typically pretty slow, so just be ready to wait!

Great lunch spot! Super quick turnaround if you're looking for big flavors served in a timely manner. Pad Thai was delicious and plentiful. Servers were both polite and accommodating, considering we came during last half hour of lunch service. Will return!

I stumbled across this place just simply by driving past it. On the outside it does not look like would be a great restaurant but on the inside it is fantastic! The atmosphere, The food quality, the food options, in the service our outstanding! For every aspect this place gets five out of five stars for everything!
