I was here for the first time for a work Christmas party. Wow - This place is amazing. Very cool looking outside with plenty of off street parking and a great view of the Susquehanna river. The food prepared and served was outstanding quality. It made such a good impression that I plan to take my wife there for an evening meal so she can experience it also. I highly recommend checking this place out

My dish of "food" and others at my table was not served hot. The SERVICE was "Ok" but it was NOT 5 star restaurant quality as other reiews say. Unfortunately the food quality and content did NOT justify the Loooong wait for it. I got sick after eating the risotto later that night. I'm not even going to directly comment on the expense of the menu items vs the actual Quality / Quantity of the food served as one is high and the others are lower. Mix drinks were Ok but the bloody Mary had too much old bay? They serve cheap quality wine which makes no sense in fine restaurant? The building and finishes are nice and are fairly comfortable. Parking is good. Not good for physically impare as access is limited. When full the dining room can get noisy. It's simple this place is overrated. If you want real 5 star go to NY City Harrisburg does not yet have it.

One of the finest restaurants in all of central Pennsylvania plus it has a great view of the river and is located in a historical mansion. You can't find a more personal and charming owner then Char!

Horrible char, over priced, food just ok, fired her great staff for sub humans, all for more profit, wants to sell, and can not be superb anymore, poor char,

Visited during Harrisburg Restaurant Week and loved the whole experience! Each course was delicious, our waiter was great and Char came around to say hello and ask about our meal. There was also live music on the patio overlooking the river. Wonderful family night out!

Not worth the price. Go elsewhere. Food was good, service was good, everything was way overpriced. I've paid 500 for a dinner for 2 that's was worth every penny, paid 250 here and SO not worth it.

A wonderful restaurant! It was very fancy and romantic. I was here for restaurant week which lets you experience a 3 course meal for less money than usual. Many restaurants participate in restaurant week.

The food was amazing. I had little neck clams as an appetizer and one of the dinner specials which was parmesan crusted pork chop with red potatoes. The pork chop was the biggest I had ever seen 8 Oz. Very tender I could cut it with a butter knife. I finished the meal with a mint chocolate chip parfait garnished with fresh mint. The owner also visits the tables to chat with the guests makes you feel special.
