Waited 40 minutes for appetizers. Our meals came out right behind the appetizers. We overheard several others servers telling customers the kitchen was backed up. They did comp us the apps. The food was mediocre at best. Burgers not cooked to order. Ordered Med. came out Well Done.
Beware they charge $1 extra for ice in a mixed drink!! Never heard of that one.
2 man group was playing and it was very loud.
Will not rush back.

god awful pub; happy hour consists only of bottom shelf alcohol, pitcher of alcohol was 90% ice, menu was lackluster and the website menu didn't even line up with the actual menu: we told we were getting bbq and they had fiah instead, waitress was terrible didn't know the menu the food the alcohol, anything and was very unattentive and no it was not crowded, the website promised a band, we were given one guy with a guitar who sang about 6 songs in repitition, all covers. Just about anywhere is better than this.

Ordered at the bar. Took forty minutes for the two sandwiches to be made. Bartender had the audacity to say, " Sorry about the wait, I don't know what to tell you." When I returned to my hotel room they gave me the wrong sandwich although my receipt showed the correct sandwich. Terrible service and will not be returning for overpriced food and drinks.

Great beer selection wonderful outdoor seating beautiful renovation recently completed food is better than average but mainly bar Fair where else can you grab a Guinness and hit the driving range

We just returned home from dinner at Knickers Pub and Grill. I never, NEVER provide reviews for restaurants. I typically try to give my feedback directly to the establishment. However, when we asked to speak with a manager, we waited for 10 minutes with no manager stopping by our table, so we asked for our bill and left.

Here were my complaints. Hopefully the management addresses these issues.

-$12 burger was not cooked to specifications. Asked for Medium and it came out very Well Done. It was very clearly a frozen burger patty and that's likely the reason for the char grill job. I could have gone almost anywhere else in York and paid $3 less for a fresh burger.

-$2 up charge for fries, but when our food arrived, there were exactly 20 french fries on the plate. Not 20 long cut, hearty fries, but 20 measly fries that amounted to roughly 1/5 of the plate. I've never been anywhere that charges $2 to substitute fries. So to pay this much and receive very little fries was a disappointment.

Things were chaotic and felt very disorganized. We used to frequent Heritage Hills as we live close by, but likely will not be back. I'm just in awe at how poorly things appear to be managed over there.
