Nobody around, clogged toilets, junk concessions. Get on the train where they're friendly and welcoming.

Not the best area. Very dirty restrooms. A lot of homeless people nearby. Catch the train or bus and be on your way. Homeless shelter across the street.

Clean, Convenient and Cool building! Sometimes there are bums other times are not just depends but it's like that anywhere at any public transport center. Overall I wish that there was a little less gum on the ground outside and the inside is spacious and clean (bathroom could be better but not bad).

People riding the buses had to leave the property if they wanted to smoke, but the bus drivers could stand by the buses and smoke. And I watched and heard the security guard tell travelers to go off property and nothing to drivers. 😡😡😡😡

This is a horrible place. The bathrooms here are amongst the filthiest on the planet. The person I was forced to deal with, Kellie Yunginger, was snotty, rude, and used language I'd never expect to hear in a public workplace. Find a different means of transportation, even if you must walk!

Got to say I liked the old layout a bit better, but the renovation is fine. The parking is in a separate lot and one exits the station right into the buses.

I like that when they expanded the building the kept the orignal astethic. The employees are super nice and helpful. They just need to work on getting the diffrent bus lines and Amtrak coordinated.

Metro buses are great. They are improving schedules and extending times and added Sunday's. They also have reloadable cards, discounts for seniors and disabledbuses have bike ramps. There is also an app you can use on your phone to see bus arrival times. I also have roaf Amtrak to Chicago and had a plesant experience.
