  From the beginning, Kristina did an amazing job communicating and asking for detail information to help their techs. Then when Bobby showed up, very professional and honest. He is very knowledgeable on his products. Quick to fix our issues. I highly recommend using PACE all your appliance repairs! THANK YOU!!!

  From our first call to P.A.C.E. to make an appointment to have our ice maker fixed, I was impressed with the friendly response and quickly scheduled appointment. Bobby Howard called ahead of his appointment and announced exactly when he would arrive. Once here, he went directly to work to diagnose the problem. He informed us along the way of exactly what he was doing and why. He then discussed with us our options for repair. He looked up the parts needed and showed us the cost of each item. I feel Mr. Howard was extremely honest and had our best interest in mind. He wrote out his findings and offered us an email copy. After discussing various appliances with Mr. Howard, I wished that I had consulted him prior to my appliance purchases. I will definitely use PACE service again if needed, and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

  Just wanted to say Thank you to Kristina for your quick response and amazing customer service. You're a rock star!! A BIG Thanks to Jason who came out and fixed our washer for us. He was great! He dealt with my crazy pup (and me, lol) all while getting the proper parts and fixing our washer. He was on time and always called before he showed up to the house. Very professional and explained everything to me. If anything should happen to our appliances again I will be sure to call P.A.C.E.!!

  Bobby was extremely professional and helpful. He diagnosed our freezer/refrigerator repair, ordered parts, and installed. He even left a heavy duty fan for us to use for a few days while we waited for parts. Awesome! In addition, he solved our nasty tasting ice issue with a Brita filter attachment. We have heavy water and this was the remedy. Highly recommend this company.

  PACE was amazing to work with. Kristina was awesome to speak with, she was kind, understanding, and very helpful. She was able to order the new compressor after speaking with her about the issue so that the technician was able to make just one visit in order to complete the project! Bobby arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He explained everything and then went straight to work. He replaced the compressor quickly and by the time he left he had checked to ensure that the fridge and freezer were cooling two different times. A frustrating situation was thankfully resolved pretty quickly once PACE arrived.
