  Terrible service attitude! I went to this place to check my car and the female receptionist was really rude! She told me that they could not check my car because I did not have an appointment and all mechanics were at lunch, so I said I could wait until the mechanics come back from lunch to take a look. She refused. I told her that I had to go to work in the afternoon and only needed two minutes from any mechanic. Once again, she rejected my request. I told her that this is what other stores would do, then she said she would not do this for me and I should go to another store

  Great customer service!! Takes the time to diagnose the problem the first time and fixes the issue right way!! Never have to worry about being ripped off.. very trust worthy. I've been taking our vehicles here for years!! Highly recommend them!!

  I always dreaded taking my car to a repair shop. There was always the fear of being overcharged and praying that the mechanic was knowledgeable and qualified enough to do the
  necessary repairs on my car.
  Then a friend recommended Oxford Car Care.That was over ten years ago. Now I have no fears about being overcharged or whether the mechanics have the knowledge and skills to do any repairs on my car.
  I want to thank Oxford Car Care for their honesty, expertise, and the ability to communicate what repairs are necessary and assurance that any repairs will be done right.

  Oxford Car Care is THE place in Oxford I go to for oil change and regular inspections of my car. Their service is prompt and reliable. On top of that, their rates are very reasonable. I have been pleased with my Camry being taken care of in the hands of the professionals at Oxford Car Care. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for car services ranging from general maintenance to repairs.

  We are long-time customers of Oxford Car Care. They have serviced our vehicles
  for many years. It is quite rare nowadays to find a business that treats their customers
  with honesty, courtesy and respect. And at the same time is thoroughly professional
  in their work. And they do it right the first time. From routine maintenance, to weird
  or complex mechanical problems, they consistently work to find the problem and get it
  fixed. We like them. We trust them. We will continue to go back to them.

  I've been taking my cars there and recommending them to everyone I know for the past 4 years. they have done everything from simple oil changes to finding hidden issues with my classic car. They have always been reasonable on price and have always provided excellent service.
