Really nice ppl. Unlike Jeff pohlmann they told me what options I got to fix my car. So that I don’t get charged for whatever they want. Actually they didn’t even charge me for some minor problems. Very patient and detail oriented ppl

I dropped my car off early in the morning with a detailed note. I put the keys in a convenient drop box. I was able to pick my car up the same day, with all issues and more repaired to an awesome standard. They give good details on what they did and why they did it. Not to mention the good prices. You won’t be left in the dark or be left broke with these guys. They are an awesome team of knowledgeable individuals!

Andy and his team figured out the problem and fixed the car (10 year old BMW) for 1/2 what the dealer estimated. Final cost was less than the estimate which was a great surprise. Honest and easy to deal with.

Andy and his team should be considered the gold standard of Auto Centers. They are professional, courteous and above all, extremely knowledgable about their craft. Yes, I said craft. They have helped us numerous times with my son's car, while he is attending MU. I only wish they had a shop closer to me in Illinois. Please consider giving them a call. You won't be disappointed!

Always had good experiences here from oil changes to new tires. I would trust my car with them and trust their opinion. I never felt pressured to do anything or buy anything. Gretchen is very friendly.

My car started having engine problems on a Sunday, the day before I was supposed to drive home. Thankfully, they were able to tell me what was wrong and fix it that same day in only a couple of hours! I can't thank them enough for being so nice and quick! They are also reasonably priced which is great on a college student's budget. I will definitely go back there if I have any more car trouble while in Oxford (but hopefully I won't have to).

I was happy with the service on my daughter's car. The main mechanic has a strong personality, but don't let that put you off. He was knowledgeable and timely. He charged a reasonable price for his services. I feel confident in his work. If you want your college kid to have a nearby mechanic, I would recommend Spring Street Auto Service.
