Great Service. I did some work myself but being away from home I can only do so much. Having a BMW it is difficult to work on let alone diagnose, and when it wouldn't start a number of issues came to mind. So I got the car towed to Spring Street, was quoted a very high number for the work. Then I stopped into Pohlman, and was quoted roughly 2/3 the price of the competitors, and 2/3 the price for the part as well, which is the main reason you cannot beat the price when its almost half of any competitor. (Always get written quotes from everywhere first). When I decided to go with this option, they offered and helped push my in the cold from across the street and down to their place instead of me paying for a tow which above and beyond. They then did the work very quickly, gave an inspection assessment with picture proof of each issue and emailed it to me to do any work I wanted to later or to have it brought in. So for a substantially lower price, great work, friendly help, and was able to get work done extremely quickly I can't ask for more. As someone who likes to work on his own car, I appreciated the .pdf of the full inspection and email updates. Couple that with the warranty on parts and labor, I'd definitely recommend them to anybody and go back if I needed anything else done. Thanks guys I appreciated the help.

the worst in town. Charged me 200 bucks for changing oil. My friend also got spammed by getting charged unnecessarily long labor hours for easy stuff

Failed to correct issues they caused and customer service is terrible. Also harassed me for not spending money on unneeded parts on my car such as, new shocks and struts that were replaced a year prior to bringing it in, and wipers that were replaced before winter (4 months before bringing it in). I also took it into them to get my transmission checked out and they told me they found no problem and that there is nothing wrong. Upon taking it to a different shop, I found that my clutch was at 20% life left and all my synchros and bearings needed to be replaced.

My sons car is an old (1993) Chevy and we did some of the work on our own. We needed an alignment that was allsounds simple rightbut every where else we go tries to sell us on thingsall kinds of thingswe just asked for it and got it simple but it was fantastic and you should go there.

Very bad service. I diagnosed the problem and went fix it. They said they need to do it their self and came up with the same issue and charge me $ 100 for that.

When I made the appointment for my oil change I was told it wouldn't be more than an hour. So I drop my car off and walk home since I live pretty close. One hour goes by, no call. Second hour, no call. I call them to check on the car and am told that they haven't even started it! Walk back over and I am made to feel as if it is my fault for not saying I need it back today! This is the only place I have ever been to that doesn't work on your vehicle at the time of appointment. As I leave I see 2 lifts & an oil change bay empty. I was planning on buying some rims and tires from them, but this is the first and last time I will go here.
