Found a part on their site and they want about $600+ more than it's worth. If it was 100% perfect I'd feel maybe a little different. Saw they had tons of options for insurance quotes. Appears they are more in the game to provide parts insurance companies will pay for so they have sky high pricing. Not even interested in trying to do business with them, specially with the other reviews. Scam artists at their finest.

Horribly rude. Called looking for rims off of any dodge 2500 series to work on a custom build. Didn't need a specific year. When I explained this, the person taking my call went off accusing me of rigging something because I wasn't putting them on a specific dodge truck then hung up. Crazy experience.

Rude people. Pulled the wrong part, then said they're not gonna "waste time" to pull the right part. Went to a nearby auto part instead, got the right part, interacted with polite people.

Horrible. I get there at 11am on a Saturday an prepaid 50$ for a hub on a 1998 neon, was told 1hr, maybe 2hrs to have the part pulled due too it being close to lunch. I called at 3pm an was told my part wouldn't be pulled till sometime the next business day. I then called miamitown scrap to see if they had what I needed, which they did an had it prepulled and ready right then, for the same price as the the crooked lazy crooks at Allgeier.

When I went to Allgeier an asked for my money back, due to them NOT being able to supply my part before the close of their business day, which gave them 4hrs over the time they told me. I was told no refund, then was told their was a 15% restocking fee (for a part they never pulled, or exerted any effort too), I challenged and said how or what are they restocking because if my part was pulled or being pulled then I wouldn't have to wait 24hrs.. I was then told by a salt n peppered large man with a trashy attitude an a 1980s mustache, that the 15% fee to refund my money was for the time he's wasted during this conversation. To top it off they issued me a check.. Cashable at Miami saving an loan

Long story short, Lost 6hrs of time & 12.50$ by going to Allgeier. I honestly don't believe the way they conducted business with me was legal. Save your self and goto miamitown scrap.

Allgeier staff that day was lucky I'm a different person now than who I used too be and learned to think about my kids before I act. Otherwise I'd of waited to close and made that lazy old f*** eat that bullcrap check. Hope one day someone hog ties him an puts his brains on their dirty flooring for being so confident about being a shady crook that likes push his luck. Believe me, Ive seen it happen for less Good luck

Bought an alloy wheel there, found corrosion and tried to return the wheel for refund - no go! Their return policy is "25% restocking fee on all accepted returns" but they only accept the return if the part is wrong or they made an error which is very deceptive! Avoid at all costs!!!
