Just purchased a challenger and i was very happy with it. Terry Mykins did an amazing job with the whole process, being friendly, patient, and willing to walk you through everything and not just eager to get you to buy something and push you off the lot. Sue and I have purchased several automobiles from Overland Park Chrysler Jeep but I will say that Steve Snyder really was helpful in make our purchase smooth and informative. Making decisions to buy automobiles can be very long and drawn out, but not this time.

Roger Heath handled all the paper work fast and gave us options for warrantees on the Town & County Chrysler Van with no pressure.

I was not impressed with there customer service, I can see why most people are there 20 min. I was interested in a vehicle and did the paperwork they were just were flat in emotions like they didn't even want to be there, said they would call me the next day. I did buy a better vehicle though from a different dealer. I guess they did me a favor by the lack of customer service.

I have never purchased a vehicle from an out of my state dealership, but this experience made it worthwhile. Terry was so patient and accommodating spanning a 2 month period. There was no pressure and lots of assurance that I was getting exactly what I was hoping for. Even up until the point I was going to purchase, I changed my mind to a different vehicle and there were no issues about that. It was seamless. Every little thing went smoothly, especially when I arrived to pick up the car and settle the payments and options. I am very pleased at the different/unique payment options that I can and will continue to take advantage of at this dealership. They are ahead of the curve.

I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle during the summer clearance event. The website for Overland Park Dodge was streamlined and easy to use. I found the car I was interested in. I then used the online chat who were very polite and scheduled a time to test drive. I was contacted almost immediately by the sales associate Terry Mykins. I was surprised since it was a Sunday evening. We had a great conversation and I scheduled to come in the next day for the test drive. I came in early and Terry had the car ready to go. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. Terry was easy to work with on pricing and Roger Heath the finance guy went out of his way to find me the best financing options. I ended up purchasing some additional warranties and I received them at a reasonable rate! Terry followed me home and then drove me back. He was very detailed in explaining the features of my new charger. All together a very quick, but thorough buying experience! Extremely polite staff! They went out of their way to ensure they helped me into my dream car! I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen! I even got extra business cards!

I purchased my first car with Terry. He was great to work with. I was in a rush to get a new car after mine was totaled, and my dad was helping from another state, so I was initially worried about getting a good deal based on the circumstances. Terry was great to work with, easily accessible and reachable, and professional. I never felt nervous about the purchase! I'd highly recommend working with Terry and the dealership overall!

Not only did they give me the best price on my 2015 RAM, they even took care of non-warranty brake work at 20,000 miles as a good faith courtesy with no charge. Will be buying my next Mopar vehicle from here again.

Came here for service after several expensive, unsuccessful attempts to get things repaired on 2 vehicles from Hendricks in Merriam.

They have been wonderful!! They felt bad for how unbelievably bad my work was done and then horrifically treated by Hendricks, so have gone out of their way to restore my confidence in dealers/mechanics/service.

They back their work, are polite, professional, and genuinely CARED about making things right, even when they were correcting OTHER poor work and bad attitude/conduct they were not responsible for!

They restored my faith that had been lost that there are good, honest mechanics around still!
(I forgot the name of the guy we have been dealing with, but will take the time to let mgmt. know how professional he has been).

Loved my experience at the body shop here on Metcalf. I wrecked my pretty little car and they had all the parts and all the work done within TWO DAYS! before I went on vacation! The Customer service I was given was beyond what was expected. I was treated like I was the only person in the place when I know they were slammed busy! Thank you Mike and Collin for your wonderful service and to the people that worked on my car thank you for your not only speedy fast delivery but your hardwork!!!! Hopefully I won't have to visit the body shop again but I will recommend this shop to everyone who needs one.
