Great hotel, booked online for a military discount for the room and didn't have any hassle at all with a husband who has PTSD and a child with ADHD this place made them feel at home!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The exercise area was also clean and well-kept. It was nice to have a warm breakfast rather than just continental fare.

Comfortable accomodations, the rooms are better than average. More modern or contemporary feel to the place. Good price. The facility is currently undergoing some renovations but doesn't pose a nuissance. The staff I met were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay so much the first visit that we returned to the same location on return trip. The staff is excellent and very helpful!! The rooms are clean and the breakfast was well prepared and clean. If we ever travel this direction again we will stay here. Thanks also for a nice ice scraper on a cold morning.

Don't get a room on first floor, very noisy . Skip the breakfast, there's no room to sit and the breakfast lady is crabby.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not that impressive. Extremely basic and bland. Overall a decent experience because what matters most to me is the condition of my room, and it was nice.

Really great hotel, I was in town for a wedding and needed a great deal on my hotel. The staff was really nice and the water pressure WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Very clean !!!!! The Breakfast was Great!!! More Hashbrowns Please!!! lol

Night auditor was not engaging at all. Sure, I checked in after he rolled the day over so I'm sure he had some hoops to jump through to reinstate me reservation. Morning staff looked high on pills. Rooms were up to standards. For the first time ever, I think the housekeeping staff outperformed the entire hotel.

It was nice. The room was clean. It did smell like smoke outside. But at least it didn't smell like smoke at all inside the hotel. But other than that it was nice. And the pillows and covers were nice.

We always stay here for our yearly visit to Ashland. Very friendly employees. Nice & quiet. Hotel is clean & overall it seems like it's kept up well. Carpet & furniture looks new, nothing is worn looking. Bed is comfortable. The only small negative was that the water was coming out of both the shower head & the tub faucet at the same time.
