Owner Operators Stay clear of this place. You will be sorry. They do a lot of RVs, terrible with big trucks. They have an excuse ready to go so don't even waste your time arguing. I live near Orlando but from now on will take to Ocala or Jacksonville. I'm not really sure if they are incompetent or don't care; maybe both. Have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and I am done. NEVER AGAIN.

Barry Watson is always professional, listens carefully to problems and he communicates how they will go about diagnosing the cause and solution. He provides an estimate as to time needed and cost quickly and correctly. Barry is always open to discussing any questions. Orlando Freightliner has always been our “go to” shop as they are always prompt with repairs and always fairly priced.

chad in service was very helpful, if he wasn't sure of something he was very prompt to find the answer and get back to me so i could get my truck fixed and get back out on the road making sweet cash!!

We made an appointment for RV Service to our Diesel Pusher from our home in Texas while we were in the for Orlando Area in Mid October. We are not new at this and many service facilities are lacking especially when it comes to RV service to say the least. We had a number of recalls that needed attention and boy we were pleasantly surprised from the minute we stepped on the property. The crew in the service office couldn't not have been more professional, polite, and accommodating to our needs. We knew it would have to be there a couple of days and we sorted out the details and they were more than glad to help us keep our schedule. They were on efficient, wasted no time ordering and getting parts and even let us stay a night in the coach at their facility. Each service person we came in contact with was terrific. We know from experience these service visits can be hit and miss, but FL Orlando deserves our kudos. Thank you Guys! We have since heard other RVers leave left similar comments so feel we weren't lucky they just try hard!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bret Back in the service Dept. I own an rv and got a recall from them. I called him and he asked that I bring it in anytime M-F between 8-11am. I got there today and was promptly taken care of. I spent all of 50 minutes there, start to finish.
This is my second time there and they are totally professional and courteous.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I recently had my class A diesel motorhome in for a software update. Previously I had the motorhome in for its first oil and filter change and an adjustment on the airbags. In both cases the work was performed very well and done correctly. I also had a very good conversation with Stphen Paul The service office manager. During the conversation I gained a lot of good general knowledge about the coach and chassis that will make me a better RV owner. Well done!

Took my 38' diesel pusher RV / Coach in for a complete service and they did a GREAT JOB! Complete oil change on the engine and generator, lubrication, fuel / oil filter change, and inspection. Staff was friendly and the price was very fair. Very fast service as well. I prefer coming here for anything to do with the chassis versus a dealership. 5-stars!

Karl in parts is the man to see and he's 5 stars. Great guy!!!
Bobby the president is on top of his game!
Service guys are very nice.
the techs are worst than the TA. so thats scraping bottom.
I've spent $15,000 for a $100 problem and this was the 2nd time.
Use caution when using service, the techs suck.
parts are on their game and lots of inventory.
Please hire techs with experience!!!!!

Service counter employees are great but getting the actual service performed is another thing. It's a busy location and they do a great job but the amount of work they take on makes them prioritize and your truck can be there for 3 to 4 days just for an oil change because the shop is not open 24 hrs like many others.
Parts department is well stocked and in the worse case scenario the part will be there the next morning.
Truckers lounge is in need of a major renovation as is outdated and not just looks outdated it smells like a high school gym.
