Parents got me a new bike over the holidays and got a bike that was a little too big for me, but the team was more than happy to swap the bike for a smaller size as well as giving me a rundown on the features the bike had and the awesome warranty they offer. Thank you so much for the bike and we will be back soon for another one!

Orange Cycle is my favorite bike shop anywhere. The inventory is awesome, staff is dedicated and very knowledgeable, the bike fits great. I can't say enough good things about Orange Cycle. My only problem is that the place sucks money out of my wallet whenever I walk in. The prices are just too good.

Hi, I came to buy something not even related to cycling but the kindness of the staff's made me write a review about this shop! I have to say love the place and very different than I have ever seen any where else. Super pleased with the service. Thumbs up guys, well done.

Amazing service, there is a reason Orange Cycle is the largest most well stocked bicycle shop in town. I'm a very detail oriented person and have had some less than stellar experiences with other local shops as a result. I brought a frame in this evening to order a new headset, knowing that it was an item that only a larger shop with Specialized equipment would possibly keep in stock. I was immediately greeted and a staff member immediately looked at the parts I had brought in, inspected the parts and informed me that while they didn’t have the part in stock, what I had was in perfect working condition and just use a good service. He immediately went to town tearing into the job, making quick work of the job while I waited and executing the job to exact specifications during his inspection. Orange Cycle has earned a customer for life and I will recommend them to anyone looking for quality cycling gear and bicycle service in the future, this is how local businesses should operate and I’m glad to see the prosper as a result.

Absolutely the most professional bike shop I have been in. Can't say enough about Jason and the time he took to help me out to include two new Specialized bikes for the wife and I and a new bike rack to haul them on, he even installed the rack for me. I highly recommend this shop, great folks, friendly, no pressure and want to make sure you are satisfied which I am, thanks so much! My bike business will be here for a long time to come and the bikes are great!

I have to give kudos to Orange cycle. This shop is very professional. They ask the right questions to fit you with the bike that fits your needs. The service department is spot on. These guys are good and I highly recommend them. Thank you for not giving me some self absorbing survey as I feel a personal note gives you much better result of customer satisfaction.
