Will not be shopping here again. I was visiting in town for surgery and bought a few shirts and one was left out of the bag. I called multiple times trying to get the shirt or my money back and no one seemed to try to figure out what they could do.

Looking for deals just now at 8:28pm and a blonde haired spanish lady wearing red with glasses was mad I was looking through the shirt sizes because she told me they didn't have medium while she was folding and I found medium within the stack under a bunch of L and XL shirts and I wasn't even messing up the stack and she rushes over and tell me I need to tell her what shirt size I'm looking for instead and not go through. I could understand if I was messing it up, but I was just looking at the size tags.

Terrible customer service. Spoke with a Miss Santiago, not sure of her first name, but extremely an unprofessional and rude lady. My experience was as follows. As part of a return i was given a $100 bill, that when i went to purchase from another store would not work. I then went back to the store where Miss Santiago said she would not change the $100 into smaller bills, and made every excuse possible why not to change the $100 into smaller bills. She tried running it through her machine that checks fake bills and it was fine on her machine which at that point should have made it easier for her to make her decision and change to smaller bill.I didn't want to go back and try again in the other store where i had already been embarrassed once.Who am i to know which machine is working correctly. All she had to do was change the $100 she gave me 10 minutes earlier. Instead after several back and forths, she slammed the bill on the counter saying she would not change it.Needless to say there were onlookers as surprised as i was. Unfortunate experience, definitely needs to be trained on how to behave in a customer service environment. Won't be shopping there again and will be sharing my experience.
