City Furniture on Hiatus Road is by far the best one in Broward County. The layout of the store is simply amazing. The merchandise is awe inspiring. They spared no expense when they designed this store. It feels like an upscale furniture store but one with great pricing. The staff is always helpful and the merchandise can be delivered immediately. If you are looking for home furnishings in stock at great prices, you should definitely visit this store.

Mike took the time the be the most consultative associate. I enjoyed my time so much choosing various pieces for my home that I lost track of time. Excellent experience! Everything was delivered in good shape and on time. Not to mention the compliments I received from guests shortly after. Highly recommend asking for Mike D. when you visit City Furniture!

I give 5 stars for customer service by the sales person, Amira. She was very helpful in the process of choosing the sofa that we needed. She was knowledgeable in the store's products. She gave us space to look, think and decide.
In terms of the sofas(York sleeper sofa in pewter and love seat), we just got them. They look beautiful, hopefully they will last a long time.

Great experience shopping at City. Initially when I first went there I was in a bit of a rush and just wanted to look at everything quickly alone. Betty came and introduced herself, explained a few things to me about the various wall units and left me alone.I liked the fact that she wasn't pushy and gave me my own space to look around the store. Once I was ready, she was there and helped me through the entire process of financing, placing the order and setting up delivery. She was very helpful and informative. Would definitely go back when the need arises to purchase more furniture Delivery was also great, the guys came in and set everything up nicely for me without any issues whatsoever.

Excellent choice of furniture and house decor. Spent a few hours looking around, so much to see. Glad the sales rep just let us wander around until we found items we wanted. Everything we picked turned out to be on sale. Saving a few hundred always good. Was surprised they have a wine and beer bar with coffee and snacks. Makes the whole experience more enjoyable. We did check out some of the competition before going here. Very glad we purchased here instead.

Talked me into getting warranty that does not cover as described. Quality of the furniture is a joke. Tried to use warranty stated that I could not use do to customer abuse, paid $426 bucks for nothing. Couch arm detached and they say it is my fault. Save yourself money, time and stress. 5 star reviews are made by employees since they get a bonus when their name is mentioned. All fake

I went in for a replacement on a sectional that was under warranty. I've always shopped at city furniture and so has my family, they're our go to furniture store. My first trip pretty underwhelming; my sales person seemed rather disappointed that I was looking for a replacement item, so I wasn't going to be of much profit to her. I left empty handed and disappointed. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. His name was Luciano. I explained everything that had happened and he heard me out and told me to come in the next day so he could help me himself. My boyfriend and I went in today and he literally answered every question, walked us up and down two floors of furniture, and gave us his honest opinions on everything we liked. I'm really thankful for people like Luciano, who don't mind going the extra mile to help others. I left today excited for my new couch and so happy that he had a chance to turn this experience around for us. I will definitely be back in the future for my furniture needs!

Rosie was awesome! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and Rosie helped me every step of the way! If anyone is looking for furniture, I would highly recommend going to see Rosie at City Furniture, she will treat you well and she doesn't try any high pressure sales tactics. She is professional, courteous, and really enjoys pairing customers with exactly what they want! She is now my "furniture person"! Rosie, you've got a customer for life!

Danielle walked us around the store and was very helpful and awesome to work with. I really appreciate the assistance and the follow up. She is an awesome sales associate and would highly recommend other's work with her. Delivery went off without a hitch. The gentlemen that made the deliveries were very cordial and concerned that I had everything we needed. Danielle followed up on deliveries and my satisfaction. I will definitely be back.

We just moved to Florida two weeks ago and family recommended City Furniture. We purchased a beautiful dining set at a great price. Delivered next day and we love it!! Sales person Eduardo was great, very patient and no pressure. Will definitely go back!

I ordered a bedroom set , dresser, mirror, 2 night stands mattress. My mirror was damaged, my bedrail was scratched, and one of my nightstand was also scratched. All of this and I had premium delivery. I noticed at soon as the drivers left so I called and was told to email the pictures which I did. Do you believe that these morons offered me $140 to keep the damaged furniture. That was the cost of my delivery, they must be kidding. When I objected they told me that it would take more than a week before they can come out and replace my furniture. Word to the wise, "do not shop there"

We literally were walking into the elevator when Miguel saw the perfect chair for us. We fell in love with the chair. We figured we'd return the next day to see the chair next to the table - the store was closing soon - when we saw Miguel carrying the chair over! We got the look we wanted - sold! We love the customer care and the beautiful Bernhardt furniture And the mirror and framed art we couldn't pass up They're great souvenirs of our happy shopping spree!

Randy offered superior service: was diligent in looking for items that we favored and preferred. He didn't hesitate to seek help when needed. He did a great job for his third day. Enthusiastic, full of energy and helpful. This Seminole will be a great addition to the city furniture staff.

As I walked in to the furniture store and Lucky for me I found Catherine who's one of the sales person on the floor right now. Well let's just said she was God sent! Catherine is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I would recommend Catherine to everyone please for Catherine!!❤️

Wonderful experience shopping at City Furniture. Our salesman Emilio was so helpful. The furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition. So many styles to choose from. I would recommend City for good quality furniture at an affordable price with quick delivery.
