Wonderful experience. On one of the busiest shopping weekends Shirley took the time to assist us in our selection and gave us great options. Even when the wrong color sofa was delivered the staff at the store took care of rescheduling the delivery of the correct color without my even asking. They worked together to ensure the customer’s satisfaction!

My wife and I have had the occasion to shop for furniture several times over the years. Our experiences, from a customer service perspective, have ranged from pretty poor to fairly good. Until this evening.
We visited the City Furniture location in West Palm Beach, Florida, and led through the facility by Shirley, spent several hours looking at the various selections of sectionals.
Shirley was the most knowledgeable and helpful sales person we have had the pleasure to work with in ANY of our furniture buying experiences. Able to move from one question or request of ours to another with an honest and never ending smile and positive outlook, Shirley was able to point us in the direction that best suited our needs.
I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to visit the City Furniture in WPB, and while there, definitely ask for Shirley !response / report this review -

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT USE ADRIANA PLAZAS FOR SALES!!! She will tell you that you have 30 days to add in home service on any item, but then when you call within the 30 days they will only add it to the whole order (3 times the price). Complete lies from these people. Even the customer service manager admitted they need to better educate their sales team. Completely incompetent people! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

I had a great experience with Nathan, he's very kind and helpful. I had to make a few changes on my original order and never did he make me feel like I was burdening him even though hee wasn't the original sales person and probably wouldn't receive any credit. He was outstanding

I had the best shopping experience ever at City Furniture in Palm BeachCounty . The associate I worked with was the most patient , energetic, informative person I’ve ever dealt with anywhere . His name is Barry—ask for him. He’s been there 18 years and he’s awesome! I ended up buying all new living room furniture and we’re delighted with it. I’ll be back for sure if Barry works with us! He knew the product like the back of his hand and they had a great selection. Love our new furniture!

Loved every minute of my shopping experience with City Furniture. I ordered my furniture online, received free delivery, and was able to schedule the date I wanted it delivered on. I received a phone call from the driver the day of the delivery to confirm delivery and then I received a call again the same day from the driver when he was a half hour away. The drivers were very professional and delivered everything perfectly. I then received a call from customer service to check on my satisfaction before the drivers left. I would recommend City Furniture to anyone at any time for the best price on quality furniture in the West Palm Beach area!

I'm new to the city and recently moved here for a job. I stopped by City Furniture on a whim just to take a look and ended up meeting the nicest salesperson, Sandra. There was a discrepancy with the initial bedroom set that was delivered to me and Sandra made sure that I was taken care of. She's kept in contact since and even called yesterday to ensure my new bedroom furniture was delivered properly and that I was satisfied with everything. First impressions are a big deal to me and from day one she's been nothing but nice and helpful towards me. I now ask for her by name when I go or call there and will certainly be back in the near future to furnish the rest of my apartment.

Great customer service from start to finish. Shirley, our sales associate, was so helpful with our initial order, and making the necessary adjustments to our order when we realized our first selections wouldn't quite fit.
The delivery service was one of the best we've ever experienced. We were given a convenient one hour window for their arrival, and they appeared right on time.
We love our new sectional, and will definitely be back when we're ready to make our next furniture purchase!response / report this review -

Purchased a Kevin Charles memory foam mattress. Cedric Thornton is my sales rep. Cedric informed me that Kevin Charles is a in house brand. I asked where it's made and he told me they are made in Missouri and not in China. Well guess what, the mattress arrived and it's made in China.
I have to keep the mattress for at least 7 days AND there's a $99.99 restocking fee if I return it. I could have bought a mattress from Amazon that's made in China at half the cost. Buyer beware!response / report this review -

Ordered a 2 piece sectional (left and right) they delivered 2 lefts. Now I have to wait 3 more weeks to get the right piece. I can understand an 'oops'. Things happen. But I waited 3 weeks for the thing innthe first place. It should not take a month and a half to get a damn couch.
