Sheets were dirty when I arrived. Furniture is worn. Staff isn't too friendly and the security guard isn't too intimidating. Rooms smelled musty, some smelled like weed despite the no smoking policy. Breakfast was average. Pool looked nice, gym opened 24-7 which is nice. Overall after we were moved to another room the night was good. Wouldn't go back unless there was a great deal on hotwire.

This is the first time I give a hotel a low rating but I have my reasons. While it is not an expensive hotel, I feel they could have at least granted the basic services right. I found a piece of broken glass on the floor (The bottom of a glass bottle), as well as metal wires and dirt even though I wasn't looking for discrepancies. I also found spider web hanging in the ceiling as well as 3 roaches (I killed two). I am not saying nobody should stay at that hotel, but The Inn should most definitely upgrade their services. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! I am currently checked in now 12/5/17 and I get into my room and the door was stuck had to shove it open..no biggie I get unpacked and start to notice there was a couple flies in my roomI then proceed to go on the bathroom and there are roaches coming out the coffee pot!!!!I call the front desk for a new room and she days nothing can be done till tomorrow when the manager comes in at 11am.I am now currently sleeping in my car because I'm so grossed out that I can't stay in that room and unfortunately for me everything in the area is booked up for the night!!! I will never stay here again!!! Clearly Cleanliness is not a PRIORITY here!!! I would give them 0 stars if it would let me😡😡😡 I very mad and I have important business in the morning.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. I rather sleep in my car at a rest stop than stay here. It's full of junkies. Better be careful where you sit or put your hands. You just might get stuck by a needle. Several overdoses have occurred here just in recent time.

This hotel is really good in some areas and not so good in others. The price is definitely right and you get a clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. They need to work on keeping the outside grounds clean and the breakfast needs some improvement as well. The former is more important than the latter to us and that's why we continue to stay here when we visit Boynton Beach.

If you need a cheap room maybe good for you. We arrived late and had to wait 1/2 hour for the guy to return from “getting coffee”. Which he didn’t have when he walked in haha. We are here post hurricane Irma so I’m not going to critic the outside. Pool fence was damaged due to the storm, so they had to close the pool.
Our room was clean and didn’t smell or anything. Elevator and hallway are very warm. It’s October so I guess they would be broiling in summer. Also, lots of weird, kind of scary people, not sure if storm victims living here or what? Hotel is rough inside, lots of wear and tear.
Bed is not bad and they provide 4 little pillows. Sheet and blanket are light so if you are a cold person, ask for blankets up front. AC works great and I like the fan noise, helps me sleep and drowns out hallway noise (which was a non-factor).
Room has a small fridge with freezer, microwave, and TV. Signal to our TV was degraded however (not totally clear picture).
Breakfast, ugh, round egg patties, make your own waffle machine, little crappy donuts, white toast, muffins, tiny biscuits and nasty looking gravy, 3 types of cereal, coffee, OJ, apple juice, yogurt. It’s free so . we ate out most mornings.
Oh, they have a small workout room seems fine.
Location, unlike the name Boynton beach, it’s not on or near a beach. Nearest beach is about a 10 minute drive East Drive. But it is near a bunch of restaurants and beach access via driving is very convenient.
If you have a GPS and it routes you through a housing area then re-calibrate your GPS and mark the front driveway which is on Boynton beach road manually with your finger rather than letting the GPS take you to an entrance you can’t get in, ha ha.
To sum it up, I wanted a cheap hotel for this scuba diving trip, but would not stay here again, probably would pick a better hotel if I saved up for it.response / report this review -

It's a really nice location right off the highway, and fairly priced. The ballroom is separated into two areas. A dance floor is in the second half of the area. Who is the right imagination you can decorate this room into something really nice when you're on a budget.

I don't ever write reviews. But after reading all the bad ones here I have to write one. My husband had to have surgery in this area so we stayed here for 5 nights! It's was great! Nothing like the bad reviews! We had no problems what so ever!! The area was not scary at all!!!! This place is a great place to stay if you need a cheap room!! Not it's not the Ritz but it was great for what we needed! We will definitely be staying again! I almost changed hotels because of the bad reviews. But I'm glad we gave this place a chance!

SKETCHY as heck. Room was outdated, smelled, shower drained real slow, people made me wary, also smelled the weed and cig smoke immediately and people wandering around all night. Cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for. Oh, and people live there. No offense but usually a red flag. Did not complete our stay and went to Hampton. Worth mentioning that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very dirty everywhere besides the reception/dining area. Smoke alarms went off randomly during the night. My key card stopped working about a half hour after I checked in, and the receptionist I checked in with gave me grief about proving who I was to get it fixed.

Don't ever give them a credit card. Do cash because they require a 25$ deposit on your card 100$ if cash is paid for smoking purposes. I woke up in the middle of the night and smelt cigarettes. when I got off the elevator all I smelt was weed horribly I told the lady at the front desk when checking out and she said room service will be able to tell if smoking was directly in the room. Guess what they charged my card a hundred dollars When in all reality when you go to check out and get your deposit back if it was cash no one is gonna check the room before they hand your deposit back. In all reality it's a scam. So after I left and found out when I got home they charged my card 100$ I called and the lady on the phone was being very rude and actually ended up hanging up on me I called back to get her name she said she wouldn't give me her name and claimed that I was cussing at her which I wasn't I told her am I upset yes but I'm not swearing at you I'm a manager in customer service I don't care if someone threatens to kill you.. you don't hang up on them she told me all of the calls are recorded If that's the case.. they are recording them illegally because they must disclose if they are going to record before you even speak to someone The automated machine must tell you. Furthermore, I'm in the process of disputing it with my bank right now. This place is a joke. Even after I checked in people were smoking crack in the parking lot and falling asleep against cars because they were so high Disgusting

I hope the owner reads this.. We have been here a couple of times. Once to try it, the second time to give it a second chance. Though the renovations are helping, you really need to fix the drainage system. We stayed on the third floor and the first. Both floors were the same; tub starts filling when showering and the toilet needs four flushes. Also, please check on exhaust fans for the bathrooms. Breakfast is decent and the multiple pillow choices are good. Just fix the drains The front entry would be nice to have someday as well
