  I am an opera singer. I have traveled around Europe, and across the United States. This has to be the best and most authentic gelato outside of Italy. Even gelato in Little Italy isn't as good as this. Bravo Oriens Cafe!

  We ordered a gelato cake less than 24 hrs. before we needed it and we were pleasantly surprised that they would have it ready. Our guests gave many compliments on how delicious the cake was. Thank you for both great taste and a quick response!!

  Oriens is a local fixture in Greece, NY featuring fresh deli and regional Italian food.
  
  The highlight is their in-house, home-made gelato. Good staff and decent eats for the value.
  
  They also feature a Tuesday 'Dance Hall' theme where you can reserve a table outside, dine and listen to a DJ sing favorites from across several eras.
  
  People dance and enjoy while those who don't eat are welcome to pull up lawn chairs outside the dining area and listen from there.
  
  The people here love to dance and will gathered here until there was close to 50-75 people eating, talking and doing their best jitterbug! Fun!

  A favorite for my family and my young kids. The food is outstanding, from soups to authentic dishes. Gelato made right there. Great variety of dishes, desserts and bar. Lovely quaint atmosphere, it takes me back to Italy. There are patio tables for eating outside also.

  Tasty food, shrimp cooked perfectly and partner looked the ravioli. Enjoyed outdoor seating. Service a little slow, but friendly. Gelato delicious!

  This place offers the best Italian cookies I've ever had. Comfortable dining area. Great menu for light fare. We ate there and brought a small tray of cookies home it lasted 1 day!
