  Hammergirl carries all of your manga and anime needs. They also have multiple accessories and Japanese snacks. The staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable in all anime/manga subjects. This is one of the few anime stores that you will find in upstate New York and it is a great one. Highly recommended!

  The owners and staff REALLY know their stuff. The shop is friendly to all ages. It's well lit and well laid out. Their weekly Pokémon league also draws a big, family-friendly crowd.

  I guess the "usual lady" wasn't there today but I couldn't tell. The guy that helped me (me being someone that is NOT into Anime) was totally awesome. I was looking for something out of the norm for my little sister and didn't even know how to describe it well. Well the guy knew what it was and my sister will be thrilled. Super friendly/ knowledgeable staff, pleasant atmosphere, and some really cool/cute stuff. They even had a K-drama stash in the back for a Ajumma like me. Love the store, I'll be back!

  Great items and decent prices. The customer service is terrible. They are very rude and asocial. Probably because they judged me based on appearance with the thought that I barely know anime or something.
