This is our third year here and we plan on coming back again and again. Everything has a very personal touch. We were just sitting here enjoying the weather on the patio and Dean brought us some cheese and crackers and wine to enjoy. Breakfast is always delicious.

Charming house, just down the road from town. I did the glamping thing and loved it. The tent was super cute, and the bed was comfortable. Fell asleep to the sound of rain and insects ( There were a few inside the tent, but that's to be expected) and woke up to the sound of birds chirping. The wine and cheese in the evening made me happy, and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Dean and Jodi have made lifelong guests of myself and my fiance. The service, hospitality, and atmosphere of the bed and breakfast were so far above what we expected that words do not do it justice. The only thing I can say, and best way to describe it is to tell you to visit and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious breakfast! The water was sulfuric in the rooms, but drinking water, ice, and soda were available in the common area. My wife and I brought back pizza and watched Netflix on the couch.

Really loved the place. We stayed only one night as a getaway. Homely and hospitable and close to the nice little town of Granville. The innkeeper, Dean as he calls himself, is a friendly soul who makes great breakfast.

Courtney and I had an amazing time! Everything about our stay was memorable and we didn't want to ever leave. We're already looking forward to our next stay and telling everyone we know about it. Dean and Jodi were very hospitable and made her birthday extra special. From our perfect breakfast to the wine and cheese hour, everything was charming and perfect. And a special thanks to the family for allowing us to interact and feed Bucky and Bootrubber and all of the other beautiful animals! We'll never forget it!
