The tables and booths are work and look permanently dirty. The floor had crumbs strew about that could have been easily swept. I had to send my sandwich back to be fixed, because horseradish is a waste of a condiment. Otherwise, the waitresses are always extremely kind and hard working. It is a pleasant atmosphere with normally great food. Yet again, horseradish is a waste of space and effort. Why would anyone use that on any type of food meant for humans??

The Hotel and room are nice, however the room was very dusty and the tables were not wiped down. The ice bucket still had water in it from previous guest. The bathroom had hair in the tub and sink. Housekeeping needs work in that hotel ! They charge $50 on your credit card without telling you for a deposit, yet on my card it was not a deposit, it took from my balance. The breakfast buffett is okay as far as items to choose from, but the food is not hot and the potatoes are over cooked. The service in the restaurant was not good, i had to ask for everything.

They've renovated this and done a pretty nice job with it. The restaurants pretty good and the waitstaff and bartenders are extremely nice. As is often the case at hotels, the drink prices are unreasonable.

My girlfriend and I stayed here four nights to attend a music festival at Legend Valley and we loved it! The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived at check in time. The room was remarkably clean as well! We definitely will be returning and referring this Double Tree location to our friends!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Gym is nice for a hotel gym. And they give you their famous cookie when you arrive.

Great service and lovely fresh, clean rooms! I enjoyed the warm cookies on arrival! The rooms in the back don't have great views (air-conditioning unit on the roof), but the rooms in front have a nice view of the town and a church steeple.

Had lunch. Sat outside. Waitress was very accommodating.had a turkey and Gouda cheese sandwich. Nice size very good. Friend had a Ruben. Comes with homemade chips. They offer a minimum salad bar with soup and a cookie also with a sandwich wrap. Did not try. Reasonable priced

Love this hotel. Nice rooms, close to good restaurants (walk around town center construction, LOL), good pokemon and Pokestops, basically everything you need. Breakfast is great also, and free in my case.

We had a team meeting at this hotel a few months back. Great service and GREAT food. Other than learning a lot from my team, the lunch was so delicious!

Best hotel in town. Great service. Comfortable. Lower class people in the local restaurants. Why is this town here?

I come to this hotel once a month.until this last visit I believe. until my last visit last weekend the stay has always been VERY pleasant but this one.not so much. When we first walked into the door of our room there was a large white pill on the floor. We threw it away of course. The next day I came back to the room after housekeeping had been there and there was some torn up pieces of paper on the floor. Obviously, no vacuuming had been done. Last but not least, there was a large roach on the drapes in the bedroom. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to take it away. Like I saidAll of my visits for the past 4-5 months have been phenomenal until this last visit.
