We were looking to sell our home in Fayetteville after my husband got stationed elsewhere. We contacted Jennifer Warner's team and got a few emails responses about the potential price of our home. I asked then to please go look at the house to give us a more accurate price point and received this response:

"Unfortunately I am out of town this week and Shelly is extremely busy with appointments, So thank you for the offer but feel free to allow one of the other agents that have come by to list it for you.

Fawn and Shelly"

Wow, how unprofessional and rude, that's all I can say. They said it all themselves!
After reading the other review from another Soldier it is obvious this team does not have any respect for homeowners, shame on them!

Whether you are a buyer or seller, Jennifer and her team are way on top of what's going on in the Fayetteville real estate scene.
You won't get that pushy, let's get the deal done kind of attitude here.
They will spend the time in their confident, knowledgeable way and make the whole process way worthwhile. So many realtors out there just don't do it right - but these guys do!

I had the worse experience with Remax Premiere. Isabel is RUDE and NASTY. They charged me for expenses that the Landlord was suppose to cover. Since moving out 6 months ago, I still have not received anything about my deposit. No phone call, letter, nor email. They called my CAPTAIN because of the a $132 repair of a garbage disposal that was not working when we moved in. I did not want to pay it because it was not working when we moved in. I paid it because I did not want to be harassed anymore from this company. HORRIBLE!! I do not recommend them at all! Upon moving out, I left a 400 dollar grill, but I signed the move out letter, letting her know I was coming to pick it up the following day. I came back and it was gone, I called the office and they hung up on me. I wish I had more time to sue them but I deployed a two months after moving out. Its a shame that they would use and abuse a soldier. SHAME!!
