Used to love it here, but noticed once new ownership took over, prices went way up. Not very friendly staff and raised prices (nearly doubled on some items)
Long time shoppers at this location and never going back to buy or sell. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

If it was possible for a zero star review it would be. The new owners rules (For Sellers) are absurd and the prices have been raised for buyers on a lot of items. I've watched them turn down seller after seller for ridiculous rules and the associates having to continuous apologize for the new owners rules. At least the associates working today are polite, the last time I came in they were rude, cold and absolutely ridiculous! I'm taking my business elsewhere. Stay away from this store. They'll penny and dime you, treat you poorly and turn around and sell items they bought for quarters for larger amounts. Disappointed

The Website states they buy a lot more then they really do. They are very brand specific, don't pay well and are often times rude towards sellers. They resell items at double, even triple what they paid you (I know they purchase at a set resale value but I find it amazing how they'll offer you chump change for items and then turn around & Sell them for 7-10 bucks!) They Don't take Gerber, Stuffed Animals, Most toys, blankets, swaddles, Cater items "That belong in sets" And so much more! Every time we go in they have a new item they don't buy! The one dollar sales are disastrous, Items mixed in, thrown about & priced incorrectly - Then instead of an apology they place blame on customers & don't place the items in their correctly priced area. I would strongly recommended avoiding them and if you need money for your child's old items Mom to mom sales & garage sales are just the way to go! Name your own prices and earn more for your kids things. The concept of this store is lovely - the reality is not.

It seems every time I pack up items to take to them they are never buying. The website says they buy every day, no appointment needed. The customer service is horrible and the workers just talk amongst theirselves and ignore the customer. I will not shop there again.

Staff does not seem to know what they are doing. They lost the stuff that I went to sell told me that somebody had already picked my stuff up when I could see my tote that i had brought in sitting right there on the floor in front of me. They have great prices on there stuff but it seems that the only way that they keep prices low are screwing over thier suppliers. Will never go back again!
